08/22/2017 07:54 INCIDENT 17005893 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	BRATTLE ST A Cambridge resident called to report that her motor vehicle was broken into sometime over night. The passenger side window was smashed, but there does not appear to be anything missing at this time.
08/22/2017 08:50 INCIDENT 17005896 DRUG, POSSESS TO DISTRIB CLASS B c94C S32A	COLUMBIA ST The Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Miguel Angel Esteves, 40, homeless, and Amy Pelletier, 110 James Street, Attleboro, MA, inside a local park as a result of a drug investigation. The investigation revealed several pipes on scene in addition to the recovery of multiple bags of what appeared to be crack cocaine, some in preparation for sale. Pelletier was charged with Possession of a Class B Drug, and Esteves was charged with Possession of a Class B Drug, Possession with Intent to Distribute Class B Drug, and Drug Violation near School/Park.
08/22/2017 11:28 INCIDENT 17005898 RECEIVE STOLEN PROPERTY +$250 c266 S60	CAMBRIDGE ST Tommy NG, 53, 449 Cambridge Street, Cambridge, was arrested for receiving stolen property. He was in possession of a stolen bike on Cambridge Street.
08/22/2017 12:07 INCIDENT 17005899 UTTER FALSE CHECK C267 S5	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Officers were dispatched to Massachusetts Avenue for a female passing a false check. As a result of the investigation, Charion Bradley, 26, 5 Cleaves Street in Boston, was placed under arrest for uttering a false check.

08/22/2017 14:11 INCIDENT 17005901 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY +$250, WANTON c266 S127	CEDAR ST A Cambridge resident reports his vehicle was punched and damaged by a bicyclist as they were both traveling North on Cedar Street, approaching Dudley Street in Cambridge.
08/22/2017 14:52 INCIDENT 17005904 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	TECHNOLOGY SQ A Boston resident reported that her bicycle was stolen from the Technology Square area.
08/22/2017 14:59 INCIDENT 17005902 A&B ON POLICE OFFICER c265 S13D	CAMBRIDGE ST Ross Smith, 29, 86 Laffayete Street, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer at a local hospital. While in the emergency room, Smith lunged at officers, causing a struggle. During the struggle, Smith struck an officer in the face, hitting him in the mouth and nose area, with a closed fist causing injury to the officer.

08/22/2017 15:44 INCIDENT 17005907 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	PRENTISS ST Cambridge Police responded to Prentiss Street for a report of a past hit and run with property damage.
08/22/2017 15:56 INCIDENT 17005906 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	VASSAR ST Cambridge Police responded to the area of Vassar Street for a report of a hit and run with property damage.
08/22/2017 16:09 INCIDENT 17005905 IDENTITY FRAUD	WALDEN SQUARE RD A Cambridge resident reported that he was the victim of identity fraud.
08/22/2017 16:57 ARREST 17005908 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	CAMBRIDGE ST A Dorchester resident was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with an expired license. This was the result of observing the driver failing to stop at a red light between Third Street and Cambridge Street.
08/22/2017 17:29 INCIDENT 17005909 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	KINNAIRD ST Cambridge Police responded to Kinnaird Street for a report of a larceny.
08/22/2017 17:49 INCIDENT 17005910 ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15B	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Officers arrested and charged Justin Switzer, 47, 84 Canal Street, Medford, with Assault and Battery with a dangerous weapon. Switzer was witnessed by a large group of people push a man onto the ground and kick him in the head.

08/22/2017 18:36 INCIDENT 17005914 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	OTIS ST An Otis Street resident reported that an unknown person had stolen two of his bicycles at two separate times.
