Cambridge Police responded to Mount Auburn Street for a possible shoplifting. Officers were informed that the detained suspect had been in three other times since Saturday, removing alcohol from the shelves, and taking them past all points of purchase without paying for them. The four-day total of stolen merchandise was $967.56. Ruslan Magomedov, 43, 66 Ware Street, Dedham, was placed under arrest for two counts of shoplifting by asportation over $100, and two counts of larceny over $250.
