09/04/2017 09:40 INCIDENT 17006264 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	JFK ST A Cambridge resident reported that her bike was stolen from in front of her residence by an unknown suspect.
09/04/2017 11:09 INCIDENT 17006266 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	FRANKLIN ST Paul Rios, 47, of 240 Albany Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Larceny Over $250 after he was observed opening multiple UPS packages at a drop box and then exiting the location with stolen items in hand. Rios was later stopped with the stolen items in hand where he was placed under arrest and transported to the station to be processed.
09/04/2017 13:05 INCIDENT 17006267 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Somerville resident came to the police station to report that on 9/3/2017, her wallet was stolen when she was in a restaurant in Central Square. Her credit cards were used in multiple places before she notified the credit card companies that they were stolen.

09/04/2017 14:23 INCIDENT 17006270 DUMPSTER, USE OF ANOTHERS COMMERCIAL C266 S146	FULKERSON ST A resident of Fulkerson Street reported that sometime between 7 p.m. on 9/2/2017 and 4 a.m. on 9/4/2017, an unknown person(s) illegally dumped trash in the dumpster belonging to his business.
09/04/2017 16:00 INCIDENT 17006272 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CONCORD AVE A Cambridge resident reported that an unknown person stole his bike from the back of his residence.
09/04/2017 16:43 INCIDENT 17006273 BURGLARY, UNARMED c266 S15	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a residence in Central Square for a past breaking and entering report. Upon arrival, it was determined that on 9/1/2017, a suspect had kicked in the door to the residence while a resident was still home. A possible suspect has been identified.
09/04/2017 18:26 INCIDENT 17006275 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Cambridge Police responded to a Cambridgeside Place business in regards to a shoplifter. A female entered the fitting room with 11 items and exited the fitting room with 3 items. Multiple security devices, which were cut off, were found in the fitting room that she was using. When the female attempted to leave the store, the alarm went off, at which point police and mall security stopped her. A search of her belongings revealed $269.70 of stolen merchandise from the store and $688.20 of stolen merchandise from another store. It was also discovered that the female had a warrant. Kierra Ingram, 22, of 90 Corbet Street, Dorchester, was placed under arrest for Larceny Over $250, Receiving Stolen Property, and a warrant for Larceny Over $250 issued out of Quincy District Court.
09/04/2017 19:04 ARREST 17006276 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Jason Furr, 33, 240 Albany Street, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for refusing to provide a DNA database sample.
09/04/2017 19:58 INCIDENT 17006277	CONCORD AVE Cambridge Police placed Yunus Tasci, 50, of 12 Trull Street, Somerville, under arrest after it was discovered he was operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. It was also discovered Tasci had a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for an uninsured motor vehicle.

09/03/2017 00:53 INCIDENT 17006241 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY A Cambridge resident was summonsed into court for two counts of Malicious Destruction to a Motor Vehicle. He was charged after a witness observed him rip a mirror off a motor vehicle and damage another in a parking lot of an Alewife Brook Parkway business.

09/03/2017 09:52 INCIDENT 17006243 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	MASSACHUSETTS AVE The owner of a restaurant in Central Square called police for a past breaking and entering at the establishment.
09/03/2017 10:45 INCIDENT 17006244 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	HANCOCK ST A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report that her motor vehicle was involved in a hit & run crash which resulted in damage to her car. The car was parked & unoccupied.
09/03/2017 12:11 INCIDENT 17006245 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	HAMILTON ST A Cambridge resident reported that an unknown person(s) struck his motor vehicle and fled the scene at an unknown time. His vehicle suffered a damaged axle and is not drivable.
09/03/2017 13:02 INCIDENT 17006246 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	SIXTH STREET Two people temporarily living with friends in Boston came to the police station to report that they were victims of an apartment scam. They answered an online ad for an apartment for rent and sent money to secure it, only to find out their money is gone and no such address exists.
09/03/2017 13:35 INCIDENT 17006247 CREDIT CARD FRAUD UNDER $250 c266 S37B	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Massachusetts Avenue resident stated that she left her debit card behind in a local Harvard Square business when an unknown person made a fraudulent charge to her card without her authorization.
09/03/2017 14:13 ARREST 17006248 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE George L Stimson, 43, 31 Bowker Street, Boston, was arrested on a warrant out of Somerville District Court for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Disorderly Conduct, and Resisting Arrest.

09/03/2017 16:13 INCIDENT 17006251 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CONCORD AVE A black BMW X3 pulled into a gas station located on Concord Avenue and struck one of the gas pumps. The vehicle then fled the scene.

09/03/2017 18:40 INCIDENT 17006255 SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE / EOD INVESTIGATION	BROADWAY Cambridge Police Explosive Ordinance Unit responded to a call of an unattended black bag on Quincy Street near Broadway. The K9 officer cleared the package, determining it not to be a threat.

09/02/2017 15:23 INCIDENT 17006230 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A Somerville resident reported that, earlier this date, he met a male outside the Galleria Mall to sell him his motorcycle. The reporting party allowed the suspect to take the motorcycle for a test run, without being given money, and the suspect has yet to return to the motorcycle or contact the reporting party.

The pedestrian received apparent minor injuries and was transported to a local hospital. The operator of the motor vehicle was cited for Failure to Yield to a Pedestrian in a marked crosswalk.

Officers located the victim inside and were told that a male had physically taken money from her person and when she attempted to get it back, he threatened her. Gabriel Petit-Frere, 63, of 15 Lambert Street, Cambridge was placed under arrest for Unarmed Robbery and Assault with a Dangerous Weapon, to wit scissors.

Also arrested and charged with Possession of a Class E Substance was William Paquet, 55, 240 Albany Street, Cambridge.
