James Flynn, 50, 929 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was arrested for Trespassing. Flynn was trespassed from a bank approximately one hour prior to being arrested. He was told that if he returned, he was subject to arrest. Flynn reentered the business in police presence and, as a result, was arrested.

Cambridge Police responded for a peaceful protest in the area of the Johnston Gate on Massachusetts Avenue where multiple protesters obstructed the free flow of traffic. As a result of the call, 30 individuals were arrested and charged with disturbing the peace. One Boston resident will be charged with disorderly conduct and disturbing the peace after he was observed blocking the path of a fully-marked police transport wagon and refusing to move from the street despite numerous warnings to move.

Cambridge Police responded to a Canal Park restaurant after a female employee, who was recently fired, broke a display case. After a short search, officers were able to locate the suspect at a nearby Transit station. The employee admitted to breaking the display case after she became upset and stated that she would pay for the damages. She was advised that she would be summonsed to court at a later date for Malicious Destruction of Property.

The defendant's motor vehicle was stopped after it was observed taking an illegal left turn from Hampshire Street onto Cambridge Street. The defendant presented a passport when asked for identification and admitted to officers that she did not own a driver's license.

Cambridge Police observed a motorist at Western Avenue and Green Street fail to stop for a red light. When police pulled the vehicle over at Pleasant Street and Green Street, it was found the motorist never obtained a license.
