09/17/2017 02:55 INCIDENT 17006606 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24	MAIN ST Cambridge Police observed a motor vehicle strike a bicyclist on Columbia Street near Bishop Allen Drive. As a result of the investigation, Hugo Rengifo-Ochoa, 27, of 8 Pembroke Street, Chelsea, was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of alcohol.

09/16/2017 09:02 INCIDENT 17006582 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Barthesday DeBerry, 39, of 17 Court Street, Boston, was placed under arrest for larceny over $250 and shoplifting after being found with $465 worth of stolen product from two stores in Central Square. He then resisted arrest and lead police on a short foot pursuit down Prospect Street where he was eventually apprehended.

09/16/2017 17:02 INCIDENT 17006594 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	BINNEY ST A Cambridge resident was summonsed to court for allowing an uninsured motor vehicle to remain on a public roadway after Parking and Traffic notified police that a motor vehicle with no registration plates was parked at an expired meter.

09/16/2017 18:10 INCIDENT 17006597 NEGLIGENT OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE c90 S24	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Officers responded to a motor vehicle crash involving a pedestrian. A Needham resident was summonsed for reckless operation of a motor vehicle after reversing his motor vehicle at a high rate of speed over a large curb and onto a sidewalk, striking a meter, a street sign, and 2 pedestrians.
09/16/2017 18:28 INCIDENT 17006595 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	RIVER ST A resident reported her vehicle was struck by another vehicle as the vehicle was trying to parallel park behind hers. The suspect chose another parking space but did not address the collision after it happened.
09/16/2017 21:45 INCIDENT 17006599 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	CAMBRIDGE ST Police responded to Cambridge Street for a suspicious person. The person was observed emerging from the rear of an apartment complex and his story kept changing. Moments later, his friend, who was identified as Gerard Moore-Khan, 29, of 444 Harrison Avenue, Boston, arrived and said he was visiting a friend in the building. Moore was arrested due to a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Larceny over $250 and Breaking and Entering Nighttime Felony.

O’Neill was involved in a 3 car motor vehicle crash, then was observed sitting in the driver side of his motor vehicle with the car running and keys in the ignition.
