motor vehicle fire. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the motor vehicle
was not on fire. As a result of an investigation, Nicolas Pedreira, 30, of 31
State Street, Leominster, was placed under arrest for operating a motor
vehicle under the influence of liquor.

When the suspect continued to ask for more money, the victim realized that it
was a scam.
