A Cambridge resident called CPD to report that an unknown person intentionally spit and put their mucus all over her car overnight. This also happened about a month ago. The resident states that she has no enemies that she is aware of and knows no one in the building. She also reported this to security.

ECC dispatched Cambridge Officers to a Cambridgeside Place department store on a report of two females detained by loss prevention for shoplifting. Loss prevention observed two females enter a changing area with store merchandise and emerge a short time later with nothing in their hands except two large bags. Loss prevention confirmed that the merchandise was not located in the changing area before detaining the two females outside the store's entrance. Once detained, loss prevention discovered the merchandise. CPD arrived on scene, confirmed the account from loss prevention, and the two juvenile females were placed under arrest for Larceny Over $250.
