Cambridge Police responded to a Technology Square business on a report of an
unwanted party. Stefan Jean-Baptiste, 24, of 204 Columbia Street, Cambridge,
had caused damaged to several product displays in the store. When asked to
leave, he became aggressive and was given multiple opportunities to leave the
area. Jean-Baptiste proceeded to taunt employees and enter the store after he
had been trespassed. Jean-Baptiste was placed into custody and charged with
Trespassing, Disorderly Conduct, Malicious Destruction of Property, and
Resisting Arrest.

an investigation, it was determined that the involved motor vehicle was
reported stolen after the company discovered the vehicle had been rented using
a fraudulent credit card. As a result, the operator of the motor vehicle was
issued a summons for Receiving a Stolen Motor Vehicle and Credit Card Fraud.
The passenger of the motor vehicle was issued a summons for Receiving a
Stolen Motor Vehicle for his involvement.
