HURON AVE
A Revere resident was summonsed to Cambridge District Court after Cambridge Police responded for a disturbance at Huron Ave between a private plow truck driver and a Cambridge Public Works employee. The Public Works employee stated that the plow truck driver was plowing snow into the street and when he went to look at the truck’s license plate, the operator of the plow truck backed up and hit him with his vehicle, knocking him back several feet. The driver is being charged with Reckless Operation of a Motor Vehicle.

A Foster Place resident reported being punched in the head by a resident of Foster Street over a dispute about the placement of snow.
LAMBERT ST
Members of the Cambridge Police Criminal Investigations Section responded to a Lambert Street address to locate an individual and serve warrants. As a result, Raphael Gonzales, 66, 15 Lambert Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Cambridge District Court: Forgery of a Check, Larceny over $250 by False Pretense, Intimidating a Witness/Juror/Police/Court Official, and Assault and Battery.

A vehicle owner reports an unknown person struck his vehicle and then left the area without making themselves known.
MASSACHUSETTS AVE
ECC dispatched CPD to an ATM vestibule located at Massachusetts Avenue for an unwanted person. Upon arrival, officers observed Lynn Walsh, 56, 1221 Cambridge Street in Cambridge, trespassing in the ATM. Walsh was placed under arrest for trespassing in presence.
GREENOUGH AVE
A motor vehicle was towed on Ellsworth Avenue at Greenough Avenue for Violation of a Municipal Ordinance.

Cambridge Police responded for a report of a missing child at a residence on Everteze Way. Upon arrival, the child had already returned home and was found to be in good health.

Cambridge Police responded to Dunster Street for the report of an assault. The suspect had already fled the area by the time police had arrived and a search was done in the area, but the suspect could not be located.
