A resident of Somerville, was summonsed for Leaving the Scene of Personal Injury and Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle. He was summonsed after he identified himself and made a spontaneous utterance to operating a motor vehicle with a Learner's Permit and no licensed passengers. He also stated that he struck a telephone pole with his brother's motor vehicle and then fled the scene. A victim on scene was transported to the hospital for injuries.
