Cambridge Police were summoned to a hospital for a person causing a disturbance. It was discovered that the person in question, Richard Lucas, 65, homeless of Cambridge, did in fact have three warrants for his arrest out of Waltham District Court for Vandalizing Property, Marlborough District Court for Refusal to Provide a DNA Database Sample, and Concord District Court for Sex Offender – Failure to Register. Lucas was placed under arrest for these warrants.
