Kelli Loper, 44, of 240 Albany Street, Cambridge was placed under arrest for the charges of Shoplifting by Concealment and Trespassing. Loper was observed by loss prevention officers placing items of clothing into her shoulder bag and then passing all points of purchase before she was stopped and escorted to an office to wait for police arrival.
