Cambridge Police witnessed a simple assault and battery occurring between Christopher Hagins, 38, of 820 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, and Juan Jimenez, 34, of 10 Magazine Street, Cambridge, in the middle of the intersection of Mass Ave and Prospect Street. During the course of the subsequent investigation, officers discovered that both individuals had warrants for their arrest. Juan Jimenez was subsequently placed under arrest for a warrant out of Waltham District Court for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended/Revoked License, Uninsured Motor Vehicle, and OUI - Liquor. Christopher Hagins was subsequently placed under arrest for a warrant out of West Roxbury District Court for Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Disorderly Conduct, and Trespassing.

Cambridge Police responded to an Inman Street address for reports of a male found sleeping in a motor vehicle that didn't belong to him. Upon arrival, Cambridge Police found and observed a male suspect identified as Joseph Chapman, 36, homeless, sleeping in the driver's side seat of a motor vehicle with its door open. Chapman was placed under arrest and charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle after officers confirmed that Chapman had no right of occupancy at the time of entry while inside the motor vehicle.

Justin DiFrummolo, 35, homeless, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Boston Municipal District Court for Credit Card Fraud Under $1,200, Breaking and Entering in the Daytime for a Felony, Malicious Destruction of Property Under $1,200, Possession of a Burglarious Instrument, and Larceny from a Building, and Brookline District Court for Breaking and Entering to a Motor Vehicle for a Felony and Larceny Under $1,200. He was also found to be responsible for two other incidents involving breaking and entering to a building during the daytime to commit a felony, larceny of drugs, breaking and entering to a motor vehicle, larceny of property, and multiple counts of possession of Class E drug.
