HARVARD ST
Cambridge Police responded to Harvard Street and Prospect Street in regards to a fight. Upon further investigation, it was determined that two males got into a verbal argument on the sidewalk. Andre Garvin, 33, 12 Walden Square in Cambridge, flicked a lit cigarette into the eye of the other male. Garvin then attacked the other male and a fist-fight ensued. Garvin was placed under arrest and charged with one count of Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon for flicking a lit cigarette into the victim's eye.
