A resident of Hyde Park was issued a criminal summons for Operating a Motor Scooter with No Helmet, Operation After License Revocation, and Unregistered Motor Vehicle after he was observed operating a 50CC scooter on Massachusetts Avenue (East) without wearing a helmet. A RMV check of Britton's information revealed his MA Driver's License was revoked. It also was revealed the scooter was unregistered.
