Klinter Chavez-Lopez, 23, 722 Main Street in Brockton, was arrested and charged with having a warrant out of Stoughton District Court for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License. Klinter Chavez-Lopez was operating when officers observed him perform an illegal left turn at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Prospect Street. A motor vehicle stop was conducted.

A Third Street resident walked into to the Cambridge Police Station and reported that she has been being stalked. Members of the Community Relations Unit met with the reporting party and assisted her in filing a police report.

BROADWAY
Cambridge Police responded to the lobby of a hotel at Broadway for a report of a suspect masturbating inside the establishment. Upon arrival, Officers spoke with the suspect and witness. Further investigation revealed that the suspect repeatedly rubbed and touched his genital area over his clothes in a manner consistent with masturbation and for the purpose of sexually arousing themselves. The suspect committed this action for several minutes in a public place with no realization of the risk of public exposure to others walking by who would reasonably be offended by this type of conduct. The suspect was identified and advised that a criminal complaint will be filed, charging the individual with Lewd and Lascivious Conduct.
