MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police Department received a call for a break and entering in progress at Massachusetts Avenue. As a result, Jeffrey Sullivan, 26, 210 Massachusetts Avenue in Arlington, was placed under arrest for breaking and entering in the nighttime with the intent to commit a felony.

CENTRAL SQ
Cambridge Police, Transit Police, Cambridge Fire and Professional Ambulance responded to the Central Square MBTA subway platform for a report of an individual struck by a train. The individual was found to be conscious with no apparent injuries. The individual was extricated from underneath the train and transported to a hospital for further evaluation.

ALBANY ST
The Cambridge Police Explosive Ordnance Unit responded to a garage on Albany Street for a suspicious item with wires. Upon arrival, MIT Police brought officers to the suspicious item and it was an electronic part to a piece of equipment and determined it to not be a hazard.

Officers responded to a department store located at Massachusetts Avenue for a reported shoplifting. The suspect – Keith Rebori, 29, homeless – was detained and arrested for two warrants out of Cambridge District Court (Shoplifting and Assault and Battery on a Person 60+).

Cambridge Police were dispatched to the intersection of Magazine Street and Kelly Road for the report of a hit and run with property damage. Witnesses stated the driver returned to the scene multiple times and continued to drive off when confronted. Officers located the vehicle on Fairmont Street. A resident of Cambridge was summonsed for leaving the scene of property damage.
