came into the store, stole two rings from the store, and fled. She reported
that the same suspect has come into the store and stolen merchandise on at
least three prior occasions. The suspect matching the description was stopped
a few blocks away and was positively identified by the employee as the
suspect. The suspect was placed under arrest for shoplifting.
