Cambridge Police Officers responded to Cambridge City Hospital for a report of an individual in the Emergency Department with injuries resulting from a physical altercation around Columbia Terrace. Both involved parties were unwilling to cooperate with police, and a report was taken.

An employee of a Massachusetts Avenue business reported that an individual came into the store, stole two rings from the store, and fled. She reported that the same suspect has come into the store and stolen merchandise on at least three prior occasions. The suspect matching the description was stopped a few blocks away and was positively identified by the employee as the suspect. The suspect was placed under arrest for shoplifting.
