A resident of Francis Avenue reported that, between 2:30 and 8 a.m., an unknown person entered their house and took several items, including electronics and a bicycle.

At approximately 1:19 p.m., an armored vehicle created a traffic obstruction when the driver refused to move the vehicle from the marked bicycle lane and travel lane on Massachusetts Avenue. Alexander Gonzalez-Martinez, 42, 8 Roosevelt Street 3, New Bedford, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct, Blocking Bicycle Lane, and Refusing to Produce License and Registration.
