Allien is additionally charged with Home Invasion, Armed Assault in a Dwelling, and Assault and Battery stemming from an incident earlier in the day on August 5 in which she entered the home of an acquaintance, bit the victim’s hand, and assaulted the victim with a knife over a card for a wholesale store.

A Cambridge resident reported being punched in the face by an unknown male. The victim, who was driving, had stopped to yield to another vehicle when the suspect walked up to the driver’s side window and began harassing the victim. The suspect then punched the victim and ran down Norfolk Street towards Central Square, crossed Massachusetts Avenue, and continued onto Pearl Street. The suspect is described as a white male, 20 years old, wearing black pants and a black t-shirt, with a beard.

At approximately 7:33 p.m., officers responded to a JFK Street business for a report of a disturbance. Phoebe Clemens, 62, 240 Albany Street, was found causing a disturbance and threatening employees inside the store. Clemens initially identified herself under a false name, but later gave her actual identification. It was discovered that she had warrants out of Cambridge District Court for Disorderly Conduct, Trespassing, and Assault and Battery on a Police Officer. She was taken into custody.

Abner Bernadeau, 21, 112 Crescent Street, Waltham, was placed under arrest for Possession to Distribute a Class D Drug. Over thirty grams of suspected marijuana was seized, along with cash and a digital scale.
