A Marlborough resident was stopped operating their motor vehicle on Main Street after it was captured traveling above the posted speed limit. A license query revealed the operator did not have a valid license to operate in the Commonwealth.

CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
A Cambridge woman was bicycling on the bike path behind Alewife MBTA heading west across the Alewife Station Access Road when she was struck by a BMW driven by a Waltham man. Her bicycle was trapped under the vehicle and needed a tow truck to lift the vehicle. The State Police were on scene and took the bike once it was freed.

Richard Payne, 43, homeless, was placed under arrest for drinking an alcoholic beverage in public in the presence of a uniformed Cambridge Police Officer. Prior to being arrested, Payne was given a chance to dump out the beverage. He proceeded to drink more of the beverage and was then taken into custody.

A Seattle resident had her wallet stolen out of her purse when she was walking down JFK Street. She recalls being bumped and having her wallet before that. There is not any information on any suspect ID. She cancelled her cards as soon as she realized it.
