09/17/2018 09:32 INCIDENT 18006574 B&E MV IN DAYTIME FOR FELONY C266 S18	JFK STREET Officers responded to JFK Street for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle. Between 8:15 and 9:15 a.m., an unknown suspect broke the window of the reporting party’s vehicle and stole an iPad, sunglasses, and a heart monitor.

09/17/2018 10:37 INCIDENT 18006577 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	BROOKLINE STREET A Boston resident reported being the victim of a hit and run crash at approximately 10:45 a.m. on September 17. The reporting party stated that he had stopped at a crosswalk to allow a pedestrian to cross when he was rear-ended by the vehicle behind him. The operator of the suspect vehicle refused to provide his information. The reporting party was able to take a photo of the suspect vehicle’s license plate.
09/17/2018 10:44 INCIDENT 18006578 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE An employee of a Massachusetts Avenue restaurant reported a breaking and entering that occurred overnight. The front door was unlocked and cash was missing from the register.
09/17/2018 11:19 INCIDENT 18006580 TELEPHONE CALLS, ANNOYING c269 S14A	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A Cambridge business owner reported receiving continuous annoying phone calls from an individual located out of state trying to collect a debt. The reporting party does not owe the suspect money. The suspect has persisted in calling despite receiving cease and desist letters from the reporting party’s attorneys.
09/17/2018 11:39 INCIDENT 18006582 MISC. REPORT TYPE	PLEASANT STREET A resident of Pleasant Street reported suspicious activity at her residence. She stated that an unknown person was delivering dog cookies to her dog through the mail and knew both her nickname and her dog’s name. The reporting party is unaware who could be responsible for this.
09/17/2018 12:13 INCIDENT 18006581 LEAVE SCENE OF PERSONAL INJURY c90 S24	MADISON AVENUE A resident of Cambridge reported that his teenage son was the victim of a hit and run crash. The victim, who was riding a bicycle on Garden Street, was struck by a vehicle making an abrupt right turn in front of him. The victim sustained minor scrapes and was examined by a school nurse.

The vehicle was dented and scraped between approximately 2:05 and 2:10 p.m. by an unknown suspect who fled without making themselves known.
09/17/2018 15:54 INCIDENT 18006584 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	CAMBRIDGESIDE PLACE An employee of a Cambridgeside Place business reported a shoplifting. A black female with gray hair, approximately 45-55, was observed concealing men’s shirts in two large bags she was carrying. When the reporting party confronted her, the suspect fled the store, throwing stolen shirts and threatening to punch the reporting party if she came any closer.

09/17/2018 18:19 INCIDENT 18006589 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MARCELLA STREET A resident of Marcella Street reported a theft of her bicycle between September 14 and 15. The bicycle, which is described as a black Roadmaster mountain bike with two front lights, was locked to a tree. The lock was left at the scene.

09/17/2018 20:03 INCIDENT 18006592 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON +60 C265 S15A	BRATTLE STREET An individual reported being pepper-sprayed in the face by an unknown male.
09/17/2018 20:20 ARREST 18006591 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MEMORIAL DRIVE Antonio Downing, 21, 808 Memorial Drive in Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Waltham District Court for Improper Use of a Credit Card Over $1200 and three counts of Larceny Over $1200.
