09/30/2018 09:40 INCIDENT 18006927 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	HARVARD STREET A resident of Harvard Street reporting a breaking and entering to his residence that occurred between 8:00 and 10:00 p.m. on September 29. A MacBook Air was stolen.
09/30/2018 10:27 INCIDENT 18006930 BURGLARY, UNARMED c266 S15	APPLETON STREET A resident of Appleton Street reported a burglary of his home between 6:15 and 6:30 a.m. Multiple MacBook laptops, iPhones, and credit cards were stolen. Several attempted charges have been made to the stolen cards.
09/30/2018 11:12 INCIDENT 18006929 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	SCIARAPPA STREET A resident of Weymouth reported being the victim of an apartment scam regarding a property located in Cambridge.
09/30/2018 12:43 INCIDENT 18006933 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	WHITE STREET The owner of a White Street business reported a larceny of a pouch containing cash, checks, and receipts from the back room of the store. The theft occurred between 4:00 p.m. on September 28 and 4:00 p.m. on September 29.
09/30/2018 13:39 INCIDENT 18006931 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CONCORD AVENUE An Arlington resident reported hit and run damage to her vehicle that occurred between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. on September 26. The vehicle was parked at Huron Avenue and Concord Avenue when it was struck.

09/30/2018 13:53 INCIDENT 18006935	PUTNAM AVENUE A resident of North Attleborough reported a breaking and entering to his motor vehicle while it was parked on Putnam Avenue between 10:00 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Two Garmin GPS devices, a camping knife, and a Swiss Army knife were taken.
09/30/2018 13:56 INCIDENT 18006934 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME c275 S2	JFK STREET An individual panhandling in Harvard Square reported being threatened by another panhandler.
09/30/2018 14:32 INCIDENT 18006937	GARDEN TERRACE Officers responded for a report of a breaking and entering to a Garden Terrace residence. The reporting party was out of her house between approximately 8:45 and 9:30 a.m., during which time an unknown suspect stole two purses and their contents from the residence. The purses contained house and car keys, an iPhone X, debit and credit cards, an ID card, and cash.
09/30/2018 15:40 INCIDENT 18006936 LICENSE SUSPENDED/REVOKED, OP MV WITH C90 S23	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Following a motor vehicle stop, Shonder Whitsey, 45, 40 Mattakeeset Street in Mattapan, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of West Roxbury Municipal Court for Assault and Battery and Intimidating a Witness/Juror/Police/Court Official. Whitsey was additionally charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle With License Suspended.
09/30/2018 15:47 INCIDENT 18006938 B&E MV IN DAYTIME OR NIGHTTIME FOR MISDEMEANOR C26	PUTNAM AVENUE Officers responded to a Putnam Avenue residence for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle that occurred between approximately 7:00 p.m. on September 29 and 8:00 a.m. on September 30. The vehicle was parked on Surrey Street at the time. The passenger window was smashed and two dark blue backpacks containing video equipment were stolen.
09/30/2018 16:22 INCIDENT 18006942 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	FOSTER STREET Officers responded to Foster Street for a report of a stolen license plate. The reporting party stated that the plate was taken off of her vehicle while it was parked on Harvard Street between approximately 9:30 and 10:30 a.m.
09/30/2018 16:31 INCIDENT 18006939 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	MAGAZINE STREET Officers documented a hit and run crash resulting in property damage that occurred on Magazine Street. The reporting party’s vehicle was struck and damaged between approximately 12:00 and 4:30 p.m.
09/30/2018 17:49 INCIDENT 18006944 LEWD, WANTON & LASCIVIOUS CONDUCT c272 S53	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to a Massachusetts Avenue address for a report of a male suspect engaging in lewd behavior on the lawn. The suspect, who was sleeping upon officers’ arrival, denied the allegations. He was identified and sent on his way.
09/30/2018 18:19 INCIDENT 18006945 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CAMBRIDGE STREET Officers documented a hit and run crash resulting in property damage that occurred on Cambridge Street. The reporting party’s vehicle was struck and damaged between approximately 11:30 p.m. on September 29 and 5:00 a.m. on September 30.
09/30/2018 19:29 INCIDENT 18006946	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Cambridge reported witnessing an altercation in the area of Doyle Way at approximately 5:00 p.m. When the reporting party attempted to intervene, the unknown male suspect threatened her against calling the police.

09/29/2018 04:42 ARREST 18006905 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	ELM STREET After officers responded to a disturbance at Russell and Elm Streets, Robert Ellington, 40, 87 Riverbank Road in Saugus, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Somerville District Court for Attempt to Commit Crime and Civil Rights Violation.
09/29/2018 08:18 INCIDENT 18006906 SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE / EOD INVESTIGATION	MONSIGNOR O’BRIEN HIGHWAY Officers responded to a Monsignor O’Brien Highway establishment for a report of a suspicious event. The area was searched by Explosive Ordnance Disposal, including K9s, and no threats or hazardous materials were located.
09/29/2018 11:13 INCIDENT 18006907 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	BUENA VISTA PARK A resident of Buena Vista Park reported her bicycle stolen from the front entryway of her home between approximately 5:00 and 11:00 p.m. on September 28. The bicycle is described as a silver and yellow Specialized Sirrus model.
09/29/2018 11:31 INCIDENT 18006908 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	ALEWIFE CENTER A resident of Malden reported hit and run damage to his vehicle. The reporting party’s vehicle was struck while parked in an Alewife Center parking lot between 8:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. on September 28, resulting in damage to the front bumper, hood, and sides.
09/29/2018 12:01 INCIDENT 18006910 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	DANA STREET A resident of Dana Street reported that an unknown person was inside his residence when he came home at approximately 1:30 a.m. The suspect fled out a rear door as soon as the reporting party entered. As of now, no items have been reported missing from the house.
09/29/2018 13:44 INCIDENT 18006912 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	FRANKLIN STREET A resident of Franklin Street reported the two tires, wheels, and seat stolen off of his bicycle. An unknown suspect entered the building, proceeded to the downstairs parking garage, and removed the parts from the bicycle.
09/29/2018 13:48 INCIDENT 18006911 BY-LAW OR ORDINANCE VIOLATION DRINKING OR POSSESSI	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Christopher Hagins, 39, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was placed under arrest in Central Square for Drinking in Public after he failed to obey an officer’s warning about drinking from a nip bottle of alcohol.
09/29/2018 16:00 ARREST 18006913 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Christopher Coates, 34, 70 Bishop Allen Drive in Cambridge, was placed under arrest in Central Square on a warrant out of Lowell District Court. The charges are two counts of Possession of a Class B Drug.
09/29/2018 16:47 INCIDENT 18006915 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	FLAGG STREET A resident of Cambridge reported hit and run damage to his vehicle while it was parked at Flagg and Putnam Streets between approximately 12:30 and 4:30 p.m.

09/29/2018 17:48 INCIDENT 18006917 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME c275 S2	ALEWIFE BROOK PARKWAY Officers responded to an Alewife Brook Parkway business for a report of threats. A Somerville resident reported being threatened by a coworker earlier in the day.
09/29/2018 18:57 INCIDENT 18006918 ASSAULT c265 S13A	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A Boston resident reported being pushed by an employee of a Central Square business. The employee stated that the customer had struck him on the feet with two walking canes. Following the altercation, the customer left the store. Neither party required medical attention.
09/29/2018 18:58 INCIDENT 18006920	CEDAR STREET Officers were called to assist the Cambridge Fire Department with a fire safety enforcement issue.
09/29/2018 19:20 INCIDENT 18006919	SHERMAN STREET Officers responded for a report of an assault and battery in the area of Sherman Street. The victim reported being punched in the face after a dispute during a soccer game.
09/29/2018 21:20 INCIDENT 18006922 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	GARDEN STREET A resident of Cambridge reported his bicycle stolen while locked to a pole on the corner of Garden and Mason Streets. The silver Cannondale road bicycle was removed between approximately 6:20 and 9:20 p.m.
09/29/2018 21:47 INCIDENT 18006923 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	ALEWIFE BROOK PARKWAY A resident of Worcester reported her white coat stolen from a business on Alewife Brook Parkway between approximately 9:30 and 11:00 a.m.
09/29/2018 23:09 INCIDENT 18006924 ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME c274 S6	CLEVELAND STREET Officers responded to a Cleveland Street residence in regards to an attempted breaking and entering. The rear door of the house was smashed with a stone, but the inner glass pane on the door remained intact, so it appears that the suspect was unable to gain entry to the residence. Nothing has been reported stolen at this time.

09/28/2018 06:50 INCIDENT 18006875 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY +$1200, MALICIOUS C266 S12	CONCORD AVENUE A resident of Cambridge reported that his vehicle was kicked by a pedestrian as he pulled into traffic. This resulted in a visible dent to one of the vehicle doors.
09/28/2018 07:21 ARREST 18006876 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	Terrance Johnson, 42, 57 Mount Ida Street in Boston, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court. The charges include Threat to Commit Crime and Larceny of Motor Vehicle.
09/28/2018 09:42 INCIDENT 18006878 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	LOCUST STREET A Cambridge resident reported that his motor vehicle was broken into at approximately 12:48 a.m. while parked on Locust Street. A pair of sunglasses and several scratch-off tickets were stolen.
09/28/2018 10:27 INCIDENT 18006879 UNFOUNDED REPORT	ELM STREET A resident of Cambridge reported her cell phone stolen by a rideshare driver. The phone was later returned to the reporting party.
09/28/2018 10:45 INCIDENT 18006880 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Dorchester reported a larceny of a backpack that occurred at approximately 10:45 a.m. in Central Square. The reporting party had walked away from his backpack to throw away a piece of trash and returned to find it missing.

09/28/2018 11:03 INCIDENT 18006882 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	MEMORIAL DRIVE A resident of Cambridge reported that his vehicle sustained hit and run damage while parked in a Memorial Drive garage between 9:00 and 11:00 a.m.
09/28/2018 12:55 INCIDENT 18006883 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY -$1200, MALICIOUS C266 S12	PEARL STREET Officers responded to a Pearl Street establishment for a malicious destruction of property report. An unknown suspect had knocked a toilet paper dispenser off the wall in one of the bathrooms between approximately 12:00 and 12:20 p.m.

09/28/2018 14:48 INCIDENT 18006886 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Cambridge was injured when she collided with an open vehicle door while bicycling on Massachusetts Avenue. The operator of the involved vehicle remained on scene and provided his information to officers. The cyclist was transported via ambulance to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.
09/28/2018 14:56 INCIDENT 18006889 A&B ON +60/DISABLED C265 S13K F	SHERMAN STREET The director of an assisted living facility reported that an employee had assaulted an elderly resident. The victim was not injured.
09/28/2018 15:01 INCIDENT 18006887 IDENTITY FRAUD	CAMBRIDGESIDE PLACE A resident of Georgetown reported being the victim of identity theft after a credit card was opened in his name and used to purchase items worth approximately $2300. The reporting party stated that he was involved in a minor motor vehicle crash recently, and he believes the suspects in that incident may have used his personal information to obtain this credit card.
09/28/2018 15:46 INCIDENT 18006890 B&E MV IN DAYTIME FOR FELONY C266 S18	PLEASANT STREET After receiving a call about a suspicious male pulling on vehicle door handles, officers responded and located a suspect matching the description given. The suspect was observed pulling the door handles on two separate cars before entering a third vehicle. Officers intervened and placed John Chute, 38, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, under arrest for Breaking and Entering Motor Vehicle in Daytime for Felony and Attempt to Commit Crime. Items stolen from a nearby vehicle were located on Chute’s person.
09/28/2018 17:33 INCIDENT 18006892 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	FIFTH STREET A resident of New Haven, Connecticut, was summonsed to court for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle, Unregistered Motor Vehicle, and Failure to Yield at an Intersection after he was involved in a crash and it was determined that he did not have a driver’s license or proper registration for his vehicle.
09/28/2018 18:05 INCIDENT 18006891 LEAVE SCENE OF PERSONAL INJURY c90 S24	EDUCATION STREET A Cambridge resident reported being injured in a hit and run crash while riding a moped. The crash occurred at approximately 10:30 p.m. on September 27 on Education Way. The victim received medical treatment for an injury to his leg.
09/28/2018 18:18 INCIDENT 18006893 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	EVERETT STREET A resident of Cambridge reported her shoulder bag stolen from a Massachusetts Avenue business between 1:00 and 3:00 a.m. on September 27. The bag contained a passport, driver’s license, school ID, cell phone, cash, and a debit card.
09/28/2018 21:47 INCIDENT 18006895 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	ELLSWORTH AVENUE Officers responded to an Ellsworth Avenue residence in regards to a breaking and entering that had just occurred. The items stolen, including electronics and jewelry, were valued at $4000.
09/28/2018 22:04 INCIDENT 18006896 ROBBERY, ARMED & MASKED c265 S17	MAGAZINE STREET Officers responded to a Magazine Street business for a report of an armed robbery. The owner of the store stated that a suspect holding a gun demanded cash from the register, which the owner handed over. The white male suspect is described as approximately six feet tall with blonde hair, wearing a red mask, black hoodie, pants, gloves, and sneakers, and carrying a black handgun.
09/28/2018 22:48 INCIDENT 18006898 A&B c265 S13A	CAMBRIDGE STREET Officers responded to a Cambridge Street gas station in regards to an assault in progress. Upon arrival, the victim was located and transported via ambulance to the hospital for his injuries.
09/28/2018 23:49 INCIDENT 18006899 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers patrolling in Harvard Square were flagged down by a resident of Wayland, who reported that his backpack had been stolen from an outside table in front of a Massachusetts Avenue restaurant. The reporting party stated that he may have been away from the table momentarily when the backpack was removed at approximately 10:45 p.m.
