10/04/2018 10:37 INCIDENT 18007038 LARCENY BY CHECK OVER $1200 c266 S37 & S30(1)	LINE STREET A resident of Cambridge reported a larceny of one of his checks on September 28. The suspect attempted to deposit it, but the bank refused to process the check.

10/04/2018 11:20 INCIDENT 18007042	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Thomas Bates, 62, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest in Central Square for drinking alcohol in public. Bates was additionally found to have a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for the same offense.
10/04/2018 11:47 INCIDENT 18007043 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MEMORIAL DRIVE A resident of Cambridge reported a larceny of his bicycle that took place between approximately 6:00 p.m. on October 3 and 7:00 a.m. on October 4. The bicycle, which is described as a gray commuter bike, was secured on Memorial Drive at the time of the theft.

10/04/2018 16:46 INCIDENT 18007048 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	BRATTLE STREET Officers documented a hit and run crash with property damage that occurred on Brattle Street. A witness observed a truck crush the rear wheel of the reporting party’s parked bicycle shortly after 1:00 p.m.

10/04/2018 18:24 INCIDENT 18007052 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded for a report of a cyclist struck by a motor vehicle. The cyclist, who was not injured and denied ambulance assistance, was riding straight in the bike lane on Massachusetts Avenue towards Harvard Square when the vehicle next to him attempted to make a legal right turn onto Trowbridge. The cyclist collided with the vehicle as it turned in front of him. Both parties remained on scene and exchanged information.
10/04/2018 19:32 INCIDENT 18007054 DRUG, POSSESS TO DISTRIB CLASS D c94C S32C	LAMBERT STREET Damian Kuliunas, 29, 21 Lambert Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest following the execution of a search warrant at his residence. The charges are Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Drug, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class C Drug, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D Drug, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class E Drug, Operating a Motor Vehicle with Registration Revoked, and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Detectives seized various drugs, packaging materials, and other items utilized in the distribution of drugs from Kuliunas’s residence.

10/04/2018 20:12 INCIDENT 18007057 MISC. REPORT TYPE	BENNETT STREET Officers responded to a Bennett Street establishment for a report of suspicious behavior from a patron.
10/04/2018 20:15 INCIDENT 18007056 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	WINDSOR STREET A resident of Cambridge reported identity theft. Numerous fraudulent credit cards and accounts were opened in the reporting party’s name in July.
10/04/2018 21:03 INCIDENT 18007058 SUSPICIOUS PACKAGE / EOD INVESTIGATION	GARDEN STREET Officers responded to the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Garden Street for a report of an unattended bag on the sidewalk. The bag was cleared with the help of a K9 and found to contain uncapped needles and various other items. The bag and its contents were disposed of safely.
10/04/2018 21:27 INCIDENT 18007062 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	FRANKLIN STREET Officers responded to a Franklin Street apartment building for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle. The reporting party’s vehicle was parked in the building’s garage between approximately 2:00 p.m. on October 3 and 6:40 p.m. on October 4, during which time an unknown suspect(s) accessed the vehicle and stole a bag containing athletic equipment valued at $2,000.
10/04/2018 21:41 INCIDENT 18007061 RECKLESS OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE c90 S24	BANKS STREET Two Cambridge residents reported a road rage incident in which a vehicle almost hit them in a marked crosswalk on Flagg Street. The operator was speeding and braked at the last minute, then exited the vehicle and raised his hands as if he was about to strike one of the reporting parties. He returned to his vehicle and fled toward Memorial Drive.
10/04/2018 23:04 INCIDENT 18007066 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MARKET STREET Officers responded to the areas of Market Street and Willow Street for two reports of possible gunshots at approximately 11:00 p.m. Units checked the area and found no signs of suspicious activity.
