A resident of Cambridge reported a larceny of his bicycle that took place between approximately 6:00 p.m. on October 3 and 7:00 a.m. on October 4. The bicycle, which is described as a gray commuter bike, was secured on Memorial Drive at the time of the theft.

Officers responded for a report of a cyclist struck by a motor vehicle. The cyclist, who was not injured and denied ambulance assistance, was riding straight in the bike lane on Massachusetts Avenue towards Harvard Square when the vehicle next to him attempted to make a legal right turn onto Trowbridge. The cyclist collided with the vehicle as it turned in front of him. Both parties remained on scene and exchanged information.

Damian Kuliunas, 29, 21 Lambert Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest following the execution of a search warrant at his residence. The charges are Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class B Drug, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class C Drug, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class D Drug, Possession with Intent to Distribute a Class E Drug, Operating a Motor Vehicle with Registration Revoked, and Uninsured Motor Vehicle. Detectives seized various drugs, packaging materials, and other items utilized in the distribution of drugs from Kuliunas’s residence.

Officers responded to the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Garden Street for a report of an unattended bag on the sidewalk. The bag was cleared with the help of a K9 and found to contain uncapped needles and various other items. The bag and its contents were disposed of safely.

Officers responded to a Franklin Street apartment building for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle. The reporting party’s vehicle was parked in the building’s garage between approximately 2:00 p.m. on October 3 and 6:40 p.m. on October 4, during which time an unknown suspect(s) accessed the vehicle and stole a bag containing athletic equipment valued at $2,000.

Two Cambridge residents reported a road rage incident in which a vehicle almost hit them in a marked crosswalk on Flagg Street. The operator was speeding and braked at the last minute, then exited the vehicle and raised his hands as if he was about to strike one of the reporting parties. He returned to his vehicle and fled toward Memorial Drive.
