10/08/2018 09:04 INCIDENT 18007156 BY-LAW OR ORDINANCE VIOLATION DRINKING OR POSSESSI	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Lionel Brathwaite, 52, 682 Blue Hill Avenue in Dorchester, was placed under arrest in Central Square for drinking alcohol in public. In addition, Brathwaite had a warrant out for his arrest from Roxbury District Court for Shoplifting by Asportation.
10/08/2018 09:21 INCIDENT 18007154 LEWDNESS, OPEN AND GROSS c272 S16	UNIVERSITY ROAD Mark Mohr, 60, homeless, was placed under arrest for Open and Gross Lewdness and a warrant out of Middlesex Superior Court for Threat to Commit Crime and Open and Gross Lewdness. Mohr was arrested after he exposed himself to a victim in public and solicited her for a sexual act, causing her to become alarmed and call 911.

10/08/2018 12:01 INCIDENT 18007160 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	CHURCH STREET A resident of Somerville reported her gray Trek bicycle stolen from a rack at the corner of Garden Street and Massachusetts Avenue. The theft occurred between approximately 5:00 and 11:30 p.m. on October 7. The front tire was left locked to the rack when the frame of the bicycle and back tire were removed.
10/08/2018 14:29 INCIDENT 18007162 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	CONCORD AVENUE A criminal citation for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Operating an Unregistered Motor Vehicle was issued to a resident of Cambridge.
10/08/2018 14:42 INCIDENT 18007163 ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15B	BENNETT STREET Officers responded to an Eliot Street address on a report of a fight involving a knife. Upon arrival of police units, there was no fight occurring and no suspects or victims could be located.
10/08/2018 15:43 INCIDENT 18007165 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	HARWELL DRIVE Pablo Pedroza, 34, 7 Harwell Drive in Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court.
10/08/2018 15:45 INCIDENT 18007164 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	FIRST STREET An individual who works in Cambridge reported his black Trek bicycle stolen between approximately 8:00 p.m. on October 5 and 6:30 a.m. on October 8. The bicycle was secured with a cable lock outside the victim’s workplace on First Street.
10/08/2018 16:15 INCIDENT 18007167 B&E DAYTIME FOR FELONY c266 S18	VASSAL LANE A resident of Cambridge reported a breaking and entering to her vehicle that occurred while it was parked on Vassal Lane between 3:00 and 4:05 p.m. The driver’s side window was smashed with a brick and the victim’s purse, containing her cell phone and wallet, was stolen from inside the vehicle.
10/08/2018 16:18 INCIDENT 18007166 MISC. REPORT TYPE	WINTHROP STREET The manager of a Winthrop Street business reported that a customer purchased a product from the store and then sold the product to another individual.
10/08/2018 16:21 INCIDENT 18007168 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	COLUMBIA STREET Officers responded to a Columbia Street apartment building to document a breaking and entering that occurred between approximately 9:30 a.m. on October 7 and 4:20 p.m. on October 8. The reporting party returned home after a short trip to find that her apartment door had been forced open by an unknown suspect. After looking through the residence, the victim did not discover anything to be missing or disturbed.
10/08/2018 17:11 INCIDENT 18007169 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	BROADWAY An individual reported his black Critical bicycle stolen between approximately 7:45 a.m. and 2:45 p.m. on October 5. The bicycle was secured outside a Broadway establishment at the time of the theft.
10/08/2018 17:26 INCIDENT 18007171 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	OXFORD AVENUE A resident of Oxford Avenue reported her MacBook laptop stolen from her apartment between the afternoon of October 6 and 8:00 a.m. on October 8. There were no signs of forced entry.
10/08/2018 21:00 INCIDENT 18007174 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to Harvard Street after a witness reported observing a male suspect cut the lock off of a bicycle and flee the area with it. A discarded bicycle was located nearby and officers were able to contact the owner.

10/07/2018 05:57 INCIDENT 18007130 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	ELM STREET Officers responded to the area of Elm and Market Streets for a report of a hit and run causing damage to a motor vehicle. The reporting party’s vehicle was struck and damaged between 9:30 p.m. on October 6 and 5:55 a.m. on October 7.

10/07/2018 17:30 INCIDENT 18007137 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	BRATTLE STREET A resident of Boston reported that an unknown person had stolen his wallet from his rear pants pocket without his knowledge. The wallet was found at approximately 4:30 p.m. in the Harvard Square area and the cash inside was discovered to be missing.
10/07/2018 20:42 INCIDENT 18007143 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	CAMBRIDGE STREET Officers responded to a Cambridge Street restaurant for a report of an individual injured when a verbal argument escalated to glasses being thrown. The victim had a small cut on his head and did not require medical attention.
10/07/2018 21:25 INCIDENT 18007145 DISORDERLY CONDUCT c272 S53	HAMPSHIRE STREET Analise Debaie, 24, 105 Peterborough Street in Boston, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct after causing a disturbance in the area of Cambridge and Hampshire Streets, at one point causing traffic on Hampshire Street to come to a complete stop.
10/07/2018 22:17 INCIDENT 18007146 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Boston reported her bicycle stolen between approximately 2:30 and 10:00 p.m. while chained to a rack outside her Massachusetts Avenue workplace. The bicycle is described as a Specialized model with curved handles.

10/07/2018 23:44 INCIDENT 18007149	GORE STREET Officers responded to a Gore Street establishment for a report of malicious destruction to a motor vehicle. The rear driver’s side window of the reporting party’s vehicle was smashed in between approximately 9:44 and 11:44 p.m.

Both vehicles sustained significant damage and required towing. Neither involved driver required medical attention, while one passenger was transported via ambulance to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

The reporting party was informed by phone of a warrant issued to her in another state and told to send gift cards to an account in order to clear the warrant.

Personal checks, debit cards, and credit cards were contained in the wallet, and one of the victim’s checks was cashed for several thousand dollars.

10/06/2018 18:37 INCIDENT 18007123 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	REMINGTON STREET Officers documented an instance of malicious destruction to a motor vehicle that occurred between approximately 7:00 a.m. on October 5 and 2:00 p.m. on October 6 while the vehicle was parked on Harvard Street. The front driver’s side window was broken. The reporting party stated that nothing was missing at this time.

10/06/2018 22:50 INCIDENT 18007127 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	GREEN STREET Garry Cadet, 43, homeless, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon following an altercation in which he grabbed the victim by the arm and cut him with a knife. The victim sustained minor lacerations and was treated on scene by ambulance personnel.
10/06/2018 23:34 INCIDENT 18007128 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers were dispatched to a Massachusetts Avenue restaurant for a report of a bomb placed in one of the restrooms and set to detonate within seconds. All restrooms were thoroughly searched by Police and Fire units. No suspicious devices or objects were discovered.

10/05/2018 04:25 INCIDENT 18007073	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to Massachusetts Avenue for a report of an unarmed robbery. The victim stated that he was jumped between approximately 2:25 and 4:25 a.m. and knocked unconscious. When the victim regained consciousness, he was unable to locate his bag containing a tablet and called 911. The victim was transported via ambulance to the hospital.

10/05/2018 08:01 INCIDENT 18007078 A&B c265 S13A	MEMORIAL DRIVE Officers responded to the area of Memorial Drive for a report of a disturbance between a rideshare driver and a customer. The customer verbally berated the driver, swearing at her, making a fist as if he was going to strike her, and spitting on her. The suspect fled toward Memorial Drive before officers arrived. The victim, who was in a state of shock, did not require medical attention.

The customer had become angry and thrown a cup of donut munchkins at the cashier, then fled the area. The cashier was not hit by the munchkins and sustained no injuries from the incident.
