Julius Martinez, 23, 4 Columbia Terrace in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Disorderly conduct, failure to submit to a Police Officer, and resisting arrest after he was pulled over for a stop sign violation, exited his vehicle and refused to present his license registration. This created a hazard for himself and Police by standing in the middle of the roadway causing traffic to back up.

A resident of Brighton was issued a criminal complaint. His vehicle was towed from Lee Street for violation of the posted Street Cleaning sign in the City of Cambridge. A further inquiry revealed that said registration was revoked for insurance. A criminal application was completed and mailed to his mailing address.

Officers arrested August Linzel, 60, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, on two warrants out of Cambridge District Court. Police observed Linzel drinking beer outside of a Cambridge City Library.

ESSEX ST
Cambridge Police responded to an Essex Street residence in regards to a male masturbating on the front steps. Upon arrival, officers located a male fitting the suspect description on the front steps. The reporting party positively identified the suspect and stated that he took his penis out of his pants and began touching it. The reporting party stated that she was very concerned and upset regarding what she saw. The suspect was identified as James Dunn, 53, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge. Officers discovered that Dunn had a warrant out of Malden District Court for Uttering a False Check and Forgery of a Check. Dunn was placed under arrest for the warrant and he is also being charged with one count of Open and Gross Lewdness for exposing and touching his penis in public, causing a resident to become shocked and disgusted at his actions.
