10/10/2018 10:48 INCIDENT 18007210 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	CONCORD AVE A Revere resident and East Boston resident were involved in a minor accident involving a bicycle and vehicle at the intersection of Concord Avenue and Fawcett Street.
10/10/2018 11:59 INCIDENT 18007214 *STOP/YIELD, FAIL TO C89 S9**	BISHOP ALLEN DR Julius Martinez, 23, 4 Columbia Terrace in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Disorderly conduct, failure to submit to a Police Officer, and resisting arrest after he was pulled over for a stop sign violation, exited his vehicle and refused to present his license registration. This created a hazard for himself and Police by standing in the middle of the roadway causing traffic to back up.
10/10/2018 12:04 INCIDENT 18007221 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	FOREST ST A resident of Forest Street called to report that his motor vehicle was struck by an unknown truck yesterday. A witness left a note on his windshield as to who may have struck his vehicle.
10/10/2018 12:11 TRAFFIC 18007213 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	LEE ST A resident of Brighton was issued a criminal complaint. His vehicle was towed from Lee Street for violation of the posted Street Cleaning sign in the City of Cambridge. A further inquiry revealed that said registration was revoked for insurance. A criminal application was completed and mailed to his mailing address.

10/10/2018 12:34 INCIDENT 18007217 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	HARVARD ST A pedestrian was struck by a motor vehicle at the intersection of Harvard and Ware Street. Injuries sustained were not life threatening. All parties remained on scene. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.

10/10/2018 13:13 INCIDENT 18007218 MISCELLANEOUS STATUTORY VIOLATION	JACKSON PL A school employee reports that while walking along Rindge Avenue with another employee, an unknown white male operating a Brown Camper circled around beeping at them and at one point exited the camper yelling unknown things.

10/10/2018 14:20 INCIDENT 18007223 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	CAMBRIDGEPARK DR A resident of Cambridge Park Drive reported his bicycle was stolen sometime between the evening of 9/27 and the morning of 9/29.

10/10/2018 15:47 INCIDENT 18007224 CRIMINAL HARASSMENT	HANCOCK ST Cambridge Police took a report for harassment.
10/10/2018 17:36 INCIDENT 18007227 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	WHITE ST A resident of Porter Rd. reports that she was the victim of a hit and run that caused damage to her car at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Upland Road.
10/10/2018 18:07 INCIDENT 18007228 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	PEARL ST Officers arrested August Linzel, 60, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, on two warrants out of Cambridge District Court. Police observed Linzel drinking beer outside of a Cambridge City Library.
10/10/2018 18:37 INCIDENT 18007229 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	ESSEX ST Cambridge Police responded to an Essex Street residence in regards to a male masturbating on the front steps. Upon arrival, officers located a male fitting the suspect description on the front steps. The reporting party positively identified the suspect and stated that he took his penis out of his pants and began touching it. The reporting party stated that she was very concerned and upset regarding what she saw. The suspect was identified as James Dunn, 53, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge. Officers discovered that Dunn had a warrant out of Malden District Court for Uttering a False Check and Forgery of a Check. Dunn was placed under arrest for the warrant and he is also being charged with one count of Open and Gross Lewdness for exposing and touching his penis in public, causing a resident to become shocked and disgusted at his actions.

10/10/2018 19:01 INCIDENT 18007231 LARCENY OVER $1200 BY SINGLE SCHEME c266 S30(1)	SPERIDAKIS TER Cambridge Police responded to Speridakis Terrace for a flim flam report.
10/10/2018 19:20 INCIDENT 18007232 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	AMES ST A Somerville resident reported a larceny of her cell phone from a Main Street business.
10/10/2018 21:45 INCIDENT 18007235 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	CAMBRIDGE ST Cambridge Police responded to Cambridge Street for the report of a stolen moped.
10/10/2018 22:57 INCIDENT 18007238 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	5 WESTERN AVE A resident of Boston was summonsed to court for an improper turn and operating without a license.
