10/22/2018 00:28 INCIDENT 18007495 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	FOREST STREET Officers responded to a Forest Street residence for a report of a stolen bicycle. The bicycle was stolen while locked to a bike rack outside the apartment building between 9:00 p.m. on October 19 and 2:00 p.m. on October 21.
10/22/2018 03:25 INCIDENT 18007496 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY +$1200, MALICIOUS C266 S12	BROADWAY Officers responded to a Broadway business for an alarm. The glass in the front door was shattered, possibly by a large piece of concrete nearby, but still intact. The building remained secure and the owner was notified of the damage.
10/22/2018 04:15 INCIDENT 18007497 CARRY LOADED FIREARM WITHOUT LICENSE C269 S10 A N	FRANKLIN STREET Officers responded to the area of Franklin and Pearl Streets for a report of an unattended motor vehicle with the driver’s side door open and the window rolled down. A large amount of cash and a plastic bag containing a substance consistent with cocaine were visible in plain view inside the vehicle. Officers opened the glove box in search of owner information and discovered a loaded firearm and ammunition. Steca Thelemaque, 28, 26 North Street in Medford, exited a nearby building while officers were searching the vehicle and identified himself as the owner, which was confirmed by paperwork found in the vehicle. Thelemaque stated he did not have an LTC and was placed under arrest for Carrying Loaded Firearm Without License. He was additionally charged with Possession of a Class B Drug and Failure to Secure Firearms.
10/22/2018 07:24 INCIDENT 18007498 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	WARREN STREET A resident of Warren Street reported hit and run damage to his vehicle that occurred while it was parked on Warren Street at Jefferson Street overnight.
10/22/2018 08:36 INCIDENT 18007500	GILMORE STREET Officers responded to a Gilmore Street park for a report of a fight. None of the involved parties required medical attention.
10/22/2018 09:27 INCIDENT 18007501 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	HUMBOLDT STREET A resident of Belmont reported a breaking and entering to his vehicle that occurred while it was parked on Humboldt Street overnight. The contents were strewn about and some change was missing from the console, but the reporting party was unsure if anything else had been taken. The vehicle was unlocked at the time and no force was used to enter.
10/22/2018 09:45 INCIDENT 18007502 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Randolph reported that her vehicle was rear-ended while she was stopped at a traffic signal on Massachusetts Avenue at Peabody Street. The suspect driver fled the scene without sharing his information. No injuries were reported.
10/22/2018 09:45 INCIDENT 18007503 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	PUTNAM AVENUE Officers responded to Putnam Avenue for a report of a larceny of a motor vehicle. The reporting party’s vehicle was taken from a private way while she was out of town.
10/22/2018 10:22 INCIDENT 18007505 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	BERKELEY STREET A resident of Cambridge reported an overnight breaking and entering to his motor vehicle. A credit card was stolen and used to make several fraudulent purchases before the reporting party was able to cancel it.

10/22/2018 12:03 INCIDENT 18007506 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	OTIS STREET A resident of Otis Street reported a breaking and entering to his vehicle that occurred while it was parked outside his residence overnight. Loose change was taken.
10/22/2018 12:53 INCIDENT 18007507 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	CAMBRIDGESIDE PLACE A resident of Everett reported a pair of wireless Beats headphones stolen from his person while in the area of Cambridgeside Place. An unknown male suspect snatched the headphones from the reporting party’s waistband and fled.
10/22/2018 12:55 INCIDENT 18007508	KIRKLAND STREET An elderly resident of Kirkland Street reported being the victim of an attempted phone scam. The reporting party received a phone call from a male suspect claiming to be an attorney representing the reporting party’s grandson. The suspect told the reporting party to purchase gift cards and forward them as payment. The reporting party’s family and caretaker found this suspicious and were able to verify that the call was not legitimate. No funds were lost or exchanged.
10/22/2018 13:41 INCIDENT 18007509 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	WALDEN SQUARE ROAD Officers responded to a Walden Square Road residence for a report of identity theft. Several identifying documents, professional licensing documents, and credit cards were stolen from the reporting party’s home. A credit card was fraudulently opened in her name and charges are pending on the account.

10/22/2018 14:12 INCIDENT 18007510 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	BROOKLINE STREET A resident of Cambridge reported that his bicycle was stolen overnight from outside his Brookline Street residence.
10/22/2018 14:31 INCIDENT 18007513 *YIELD AT INTERSECTION, FAIL C89 S8**	DAVENPORT STREET Officers responded for a motor vehicle crash involving two vehicles at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Davenport Street. A taxi was rear-ended by another vehicle, causing the taxi to bump into a pedestrian in the crosswalk in front of it. The pedestrian left the area before officers arrived. Both involved drivers were transported to the hospital for minor injuries. The driver who rear-ended the taxi was issued a citation for Failure to Yield to Right of Way.

10/22/2018 16:18 INCIDENT 18007517 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Malden reported a pickpocketing that occurred while she was shopping in a Massachusetts Avenue store between approximately 3:00 and 4:00 p.m.
10/22/2018 16:20 TRAFFIC 18007520 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CAMBRIDGE STREET A resident of Lynnfield reported hit and run damage to his motor vehicle that occurred while it was parked in a Cambridge Street garage at approximately 4:07 p.m. A witness left the reporting party a note with information about the suspect vehicle.
10/22/2018 16:28 INCIDENT 18007519 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	FRANKLIN STREET Officers responded to the area of Franklin Street after a security guard observed a package theft in progress. The package was returned to its owner, who did not wish to pursue the matter further. The suspect was identified and released.
10/22/2018 16:33 INCIDENT 18007522 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	BENNETT STREET A resident of Somerville reported her bicycle stolen from a bike rack in the area of Bennett Street between 1:00 and 4:00 p.m. The bicycle is described as a blue Liv Alight-2 model.
10/22/2018 16:54 ARREST 18007521 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	SPRING STREET Jarod Bryan, 20, 10 New Street in East Boston, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court.
10/22/2018 18:07 INCIDENT 18007523 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE c266 S30A	CAMBRIDGESIDE PLACE A Cambridgeside Place business reported a shoplifting of a pair of Beats headphones. When the store’s loss prevention officer followed the suspect outside to retrieve the merchandise, the suspect pulled out a knife. The loss prevention officer then returned to the store and called for police assistance. The suspect is described as a black male in his thirties wearing a red baseball hat, red sneakers, and jeans.
10/22/2018 19:14 INCIDENT 18007527 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY +$1200, WANTON C266 S127	FOLLEN STREET A resident of Follen Street reported that her vehicle was keyed while parked outside her home sometime since October 20.
10/22/2018 19:44 INCIDENT 18007531 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	LINNAEAN STREET Officers responded to a Linnaean Street residence for a breaking and entering to a vehicle that occurred between 6:00 p.m. on October 21 and 3:10 p.m. on October 22. The driver’s door was left ajar and personal papers and loose change were stolen. The vehicle was parked on Hurlbut Street and the reporting party believes it was locked at the time.
10/22/2018 20:18 INCIDENT 18007528 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Cambridge Police, Fire, and EMS units responded to Central Square for a report of a crash involving a motor vehicle and a scooter. The driver of the vehicle made a sudden U-turn and struck the scooter, causing minor injuries to the driver of the scooter and rendering the scooter inoperable. The vehicle driver was issued a citation for Improper Turn. None of the involved parties required transportation to the hospital.
10/22/2018 20:48 INCIDENT 18007530 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	WESTERN AVENUE A resident of Western Avenue reported a breaking and entering to his home that occurred between 3:00 and 5:00 a.m. A laptop bag containing nothing of value was stolen. The reporting party discovered the bag discarded in a park nearby later in the day.
