A group of Concord Avenue residents reported a burglary that occurred while
they were asleep in their apartment between 11:00 p.m. on October 22 and 7:00
a.m. on October 23. An unknown suspect entered the apartment through an
unlocked rear door and stole six laptop computers, two fountain pens, a
backpack, and some cash.

After a lengthy investigation, Matthew Devine, 39, 43 Seven Pines Avenue in
Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Use of Body Armor in the Commission of
a Felony, three counts of Possession of a Firearm Silencer, three counts of Illegal
Possession of an Assault Rifle, six counts of Illegal Possession of a Large
Capacity Feeding Device, and twenty-six counts of Possession of a Firearm Without
FID Card. Immediately prior to Devine’s arrest, search warrants were served
on his residence and another address where he had stored firearms.

handicap plaque hanging from the rearview mirror.
