10/28/2018 00:54 INCIDENT 18007665 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	MEMORIAL DRIVE Officers responded to a Memorial Drive address for a report of an assault and battery. A security guard for the property stated she was struck on the face with an unknown object by a suspect she had discovered loitering in a stairwell. The victim was treated on scene by ambulance personnel but declined transportation to the hospital.
10/28/2018 10:11 INCIDENT 18007668 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Franklin reported a scam. The reporting party had purchased a used cell phone from an individual through an app, and the phone stopped working after several days. The service provider informed the reporting party that the phone’s original owner had reported it lost.
10/28/2018 11:50 INCIDENT 18007670 CREDIT CARD FRAUD OVER $1200 c266 S37C(e)	ACORN PARK DRIVE A manager of a business on Acorn Park Drive reported thousands of dollars’ worth of ongoing theft from their company credit card since August.
10/28/2018 12:01 INCIDENT 18007671 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	NORFOLK STREET Officers responded to Norfolk Street for a report of a hit and run. The reporting party witnessed a female suspect strike a vehicle in a parking lot and drive away without leaving a note.
10/28/2018 12:39 INCIDENT 18007672 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	IRVING STREET A resident of Cambridge reported being the victim of an apartment scam regarding a residence in Boston.
10/28/2018 13:10 INCIDENT 18007674 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A North Grafton resident and a Cambridge resident reported being shot by a BB gun in the area of Massachusetts Avenue. After further investigation, two suspects were located in possession of BB equipment in a building where the victims and a witness believed the shots had originated from. The two suspects were summonsed to court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
10/28/2018 14:23 INCIDENT 18007675 ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15B	CAMBRIDGESIDE PLACE Dana Clarke, 36, 340 Georgetown Drive in Hyde Park, was placed under arrest for Assault with a Dangerous Weapon after stepping out of his vehicle with a baseball bat and threatening another driver during a road rage incident.
10/28/2018 15:26 INCIDENT 18007677 B&E MV IN DAYTIME OR NIGHTTIME FOR MISDEMEANOR C26	BENT STREET An individual employed in Cambridge reported a breaking and entering to her vehicle that took place between 7:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. on October 26. The vehicle was unlocked and parked on Bent Street at the time. The reporting party stated that nothing appeared to be missing, but the contents of the vehicle had been ransacked and searched through.
10/28/2018 16:28 INCIDENT 18007680 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME c275 S2	MT AUBURN STREET A healthcare professional reported receiving a threatening letter at his Mt. Auburn Street office. The letter disparaged transgender people, African Americans, and Jewish people, and the reporting party was especially alarmed by it due to recent events.
10/28/2018 16:49 INCIDENT 18007679 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	CAMBRIDGEPARK DRIVE A teenage resident of Cambridgepark Drive reported his blue Fuji Nevada bicycle stolen from the parking garage at his apartment building sometime between September 23 and October 28.
10/28/2018 23:16 INCIDENT 18007683 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY -$1200, MALICIOUS C266 S12	GARDEN STREET Officers responded to a Garden Street address after a passerby noticed a shattered windowpane. Building management stated that the apartment was vacant. No further damage was found.

10/27/2018 02:06 INCIDENT 18007647 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to a residence on Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a conflict between a rideshare driver and customer after the customer’s cell phone was left in the vehicle. The phone was eventually returned to its owner.
10/27/2018 02:48 INCIDENT 18007648 ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15B	ELIOT STREET Officers responded to the area of Eliot Street for a report of a person with a knife. The victim stated that he was pushed and yelled at by two unknown suspects, one of whom appeared to have a knife. The victim fled before he could get a good look at the knife. The suspects are described as two white males, one with a beard, one wearing a red hoodie and one in a navy blue hoodie. Many of the people in the area were wearing costumes, including the victim, but the victim was in fear for his life and does not believe the attack was a joke.
10/27/2018 03:40 INCIDENT 18007649 LARCENY FROM PERSON c266 S25	JFK STREET Officers responded to the area of Winthrop and JFK Streets at approximately 3:40 a.m. for a report of an unarmed robbery of a dog from a man who was sleeping on the street. The three male suspects are described as Hispanic, white, and possibly Asian, all about 20 years old. The stolen dog is described as a black pitbull.
10/27/2018 11:28 INCIDENT 18007651 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	NORFOLK STREET Officers responded to a Norfolk Street address for a report of an overnight breaking and entering. The reporting party, who was a contractor working in the building, stated that nothing appeared to be out of place besides the broken door.

10/27/2018 12:07 INCIDENT 18007652 IDENTITY FRAUD	WATER STREET A resident of Cambridge reported fraudulent charges on her credit card. The physical card is not missing from the reporting party’s possession, but an unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized access to the reporting party’s banking information.
10/27/2018 12:55 INCIDENT 18007654 INNKEEPER, DEFRAUD, OVER $100 c140 S12	MEMORIAL DRIVE A Memorial Drive restaurant reported that three male suspects had eaten there and left without paying their bill.
10/27/2018 17:26 INCIDENT 18007656 LARCENY UNDER $1200 BY SINGLE SCHEME c266 S30(1)	MICHAEL WAY A resident of Michael Way reported discovering multiple abandoned packages on the side of the road next to his house. The packages, which had been opened and had contents missing, appeared to have been stolen and dumped in that location.

The reporting party received a delivery confirmation for a new iPhone at 2:45 p.m. and returned home at 4:00 p.m. to find the package missing.
10/27/2018 17:54 INCIDENT 18007657 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MICHAEL WAY A resident of Michael Way reported her bicycle stolen from her backyard on the night of October 19. The bicycle is described as a black and purple Ghost mountain bicycle.
10/27/2018 18:20 INCIDENT 18007658 A&B c265 S13A	BROADWAY Officers responded to Broadway for a report of an assault. The victim refused medical treatment.
10/27/2018 20:00 INCIDENT 18007660 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	HARVARD YARD A Cambridge resident reported leaving a rental bicycle unlocked outside a Central Square business and returning to find it missing.
10/27/2018 20:37 INCIDENT 18007661 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	GARDEN STREET Enzo Costa, 20, 3 Swains Pond Avenue in Malden, was placed under arrest for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and Using a Motor Vehicle Without Authority.
10/27/2018 22:39 INCIDENT 18007662	LAMBERT STREET Officers responded to a Lambert Street residence for a report of an assault that had just taken place. The victim had sustained a laceration to his palm during a dispute with a known individual in which the suspect brandished a knife. The victim was transported to the hospital via ambulance to be treated for this injury. The investigation is ongoing.

10/26/2018 10:00 INCIDENT 18007626 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	HARVARD STREET Officers responded to the intersection of Harvard and Trowbridge Streets for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Two vehicles collided in the intersection, causing one to additionally crash into a parked vehicle on Harvard Street. Both vehicles were towed from the scene and one of the drivers was transported to the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries.

10/26/2018 10:53 INCIDENT 18007628 MOTOR VEH, TAKING & STEALING PARTS c266 S28	WALDEN SQUARE ROAD Officers responded to Walden Square Road for a report of a larceny. The catalytic converter had been cut out of the reporting party’s vehicle and stolen between 5:00 p.m. on October 24 and 7:00 a.m. on October 25.
10/26/2018 12:44 INCIDENT 18007630 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MT AUBURN STREET Officers responded to speak with an elderly resident of Mt. Auburn Street about a housing management concern. The reporting party stated that someone in his building was smoking marijuana and the odor was making him feel ill.
10/26/2018 12:55 INCIDENT 18007629 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	INMAN STREET A resident of Inman Street reported a larceny of a yellow Vespa scooter. The scooter was stolen from the reporting party’s garage, where it was last seen secured with a metal chain on October 24.
10/26/2018 13:25 INCIDENT 18007632 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	CHESTNUT STREET A resident of Chestnut Street reported his Genuine R50 moped stolen from the corner of Chestnut and Magazine Streets. The moped was locked to a sign post with a heavy chain lock around 9:00 a.m. on October 25 and discovered missing at 7:00 a.m. on October 26. An unknown suspect(s) forcibly removed the sign post in order to steal the moped.

10/26/2018 13:53 INCIDENT 18007634 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Loss prevention officers at a Central Square business reported a shoplifting. An unidentified white male with long strawberry blonde hair was observed taking a pair of Bluetooth headphones and two cans of soda from the store without offering payment.
10/26/2018 14:20 INCIDENT 18007635 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE After officers responded to a Central Square business for a shoplifting that had recently taken place, they were advised by loss prevention employees that a second shoplifting incident had just occurred. An unknown black male suspect wearing a bulky gray or green jacket and a large backpack was observed taking three pairs of headphones from the store without paying.
10/26/2018 16:27 INCIDENT 18007639 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CONCORD LANE A resident of Medford reported that her vehicle was struck and damaged while parked on Concord Lane between 9:00 a.m. and 4:20 p.m. There was no note left by the suspect driver.
10/26/2018 16:47 INCIDENT 18007640 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	JACKSON PLACE Officers responded to a Jackson Place residence for a report of a larceny of vehicle parts. The catalytic converter was removed from the reporting party’s vehicle between approximately 3:15 p.m. on October 24 and 6:45 a.m. on October 25 while it was parked in a parking lot outside of her apartment.

10/26/2018 19:20 INCIDENT 18007643 ASSAULT & BATTERY (A&B), AGGRAVATED C265 S13A/D	RINDGE AVENUE Officers responded to Rindge Avenue for a report of an assault on a pregnant woman. An Asian male suspect unknown to the victim was yelling at her from the window of a house, then exited the house and began pulling on her arm. The suspect let go of the victim when a passing bystander intervened. The suspect was located and a criminal complaint will be sought.
10/26/2018 20:09 INCIDENT 18007644 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE A resident of Boston reported his cell phone stolen from a gym in Central Square at approximately 10:15 a.m.
10/26/2018 20:27 INCIDENT 18007645 A&B c265 S13A	PORTER STREET Officers responded to a residence for a report of an assault and battery that had just occurred. The victim was walking on Hamlin Street towards Plymouth Street when an unknown male approached him from behind and punched him in the eye. The victim fell to the ground and was unable to get a clear look at the suspect, but noticed that he was wearing a black mask. The victim was transported to the hospital for bruising and swelling to his face.
10/26/2018 22:01 INCIDENT 18007646 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	CHILTON STREET A resident of Chilton Street reported a breaking and entering to her home. While she and her family were out of the house between 6:00 and 10:00 p.m., an unknown suspect entered the residence and stole several items, including laptops, a camera, cash, and jewelry. The back door was found to be unlocked and open, and a window was open and damaged.
