11/04/2018 07:47 INCIDENT 18007838 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	PLEASANT STREET A resident of Cambridge reported that her vehicle was struck from behind while parked on Franklin Street at Pleasant Street, causing it to make contact with the vehicle parked in front of it.

11/04/2018 10:50 INCIDENT 18007841 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MARKET STREET A resident of Newton reported that her cell phone had been stolen and was being tracked to the Central Square area. The phone has not been located as of yet.
11/04/2018 12:08 INCIDENT 18007843 B&E MV IN DAYTIME FOR FELONY C266 S18	MAGAZINE STREET Officers responded to the area of Magazine and Upton Streets for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle in progress. The reporting party did not notice anything missing from her vehicle.
11/04/2018 16:03 INCIDENT 18007846 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME c275 S2	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to the area of Harvard Square for a disturbance in which threats were made.
11/04/2018 16:09 INCIDENT 18007847 ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME	BRATTLE STREET Jake Silveira, 26, 263 Harvard Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest on Church Street for Attempt to Commit Crime (Larceny of Motor Scooter) and Wanton Destruction of Property Over $1200. Silveira was observed tampering with a motor scooter on the street. The owner of the scooter arrived while officers were on scene and confirmed that Silveira had caused significant damage to the scooter.
11/04/2018 16:27 INCIDENT 18007848 LARCENY UNDER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	WHITE STREET Officers responded to a White Street business for a report of an unknown suspect shoplifting and defecating in the store. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the incident had occurred at approximately 7:00 a.m. and that the suspect has done this multiple times. All employees of the store were advised to contact police as soon as they see this individual on the premises.
11/04/2018 16:43 INCIDENT 18007849 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	CANAL PARK A resident of Somerville reported his moped stolen from the area of Canal Park between the evening of November 1 and approximately 4:45 p.m. on November 4. The moped is described as an orange Honda Rokus model.
11/04/2018 20:02 INCIDENT 18007851 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	BISHOP ALLEN DRIVE A resident of Cambridge reported that her vehicle was struck and damaged by an unknown operator of an SUV while parked in a lot on Bishop Allen Drive. A witness left a note for the reporting party.

11/03/2018 10:29 INCIDENT 18007821 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	FRESH POND PARKWAY A resident of Cambridge reported a larceny of a motor vehicle that was last seen in a parking lot on Fresh Pond Parkway.
11/03/2018 13:42 INCIDENT 18007823 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	CHURCH STREET A resident of Somerville reported her purse and wallet stolen from a Harvard Square restaurant on the night of November 2. The wallet contained identification, a credit card, cash, a Charlie Card, and keys. The reporting party’s credit card was used at a store nearby around the time of the theft.
11/03/2018 13:43 INCIDENT 18007826 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	MAGAZINE STREET Officers responded to a Magazine Street residence for a report of a hit and run causing damage to a parked vehicle. A witness left a note on the damaged vehicle stating that it had been scraped by a car trailer.
11/03/2018 14:19 INCIDENT 18007825 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers responded to Massachusetts Avenue at Plympton Street for a report of a crash with no injuries. The victim was operating a motorcycle when a motor vehicle improperly merged into traffic, causing the victim to swerve to avoid the vehicle and drop his motorcycle. The victim denied any personal injuries and stated that he had arranged for his motorcycle to be towed due to its inoperable condition.
11/03/2018 15:06 INCIDENT 18007827 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers documented a larceny of a bicycle that took place on Massachusetts Avenue. The reporting party’s red Fuji mountain bicycle was stolen between approximately 4:00 p.m. on November 2 and 2:30 p.m. on November 3. The bicycle had been locked to the reporting party’s front stairs with a cable lock, which was cut when the bicycle was stolen.
11/03/2018 16:14 INCIDENT 18007830 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	CAMBRIDGE STREET A resident of Cambridge reported being shot with an air pellet rifle by the occupants of a passing motor vehicle at Cambridge and Fifth Streets at approximately 3:45 p.m.
11/03/2018 16:29 INCIDENT 18007832 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	FLORENCE STREET A resident of Florence Street reported his bicycle stolen from the rear of his house between October 25 and 4:30 p.m. on November 3. The bicycle is described as a black and white Cannondale model with fenders over both tires. It had been locked behind the residence with a chain lock.
11/03/2018 18:43 INCIDENT 18007833 WIRETAP, UNLAWFUL c272 S99	MOUNT VERNON STREET A resident of Mount Vernon Street reported a past instance of unlawful secret recording. An individual the reporting party is involved in a legal dispute with is reportedly in possession of audio recordings of conversations that the reporting party was unaware were being recorded.
11/03/2018 21:20 INCIDENT 18007834 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MASSACHUSETTS AVENUE Officers were flagged down on Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a disturbance. Neither involved party reported injuries or desired to press charges against the other.

11/02/2018 07:43 INCIDENT 18007786 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	PLEASANT STREET Officers responded to a Pleasant Street residence for a report of a larceny of a motor vehicle. The vehicle was last seen parked in front of the residence on October 28.
11/02/2018 08:43 INCIDENT 18007788 ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME c274 S6	CEDAR STREET Officers responded to the area of Cedar and Harvey Streets for a report of a road rage incident between the driver of a motor vehicle and a bicyclist. No injuries or property damage were reported.
11/02/2018 10:49 INCIDENT 18007790 LARCENY OVER $1200 C266 S30	TECHNOLOGY SQUARE A resident of Cambridge reported losing her wallet in Technology Square. Unauthorized charges on the reporting party’s credit and debit cards were later discovered.
11/02/2018 11:10 INCIDENT 18007791 B&E DAYTIME FOR FELONY c266 S18	SEAGRAVE ROAD A resident of Seagrave Road reported a breaking and entering to his residence that occurred around 1:00 p.m. on November 1. Multiple items belonging to the reporting party and his roommates were stolen.
11/02/2018 12:35 INCIDENT 18007794 ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME c274 S6	CONCORD AVENUE A Cambridge business owner reported a scam. The reporting party was contacted by a telephone caller claiming to be a representative for the electric company and stating that the reporting party’s electricity was about to be shut off. The suspect stated that the only way to prevent this happening was to send him several thousand dollars in cash. The reporting party called the police instead of calling the suspect back to arrange the payment. No monetary losses were incurred.
11/02/2018 12:57 ARREST 18007793 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	FRANKLIN STREET Sean Butler, 42, was placed under arrest on Pearl Street on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Lewd, Wanton & Lascivious Conduct.
11/02/2018 14:03 INCIDENT 18007800 DEFACE PROPERTY c266 S126	BRATTLE STREET A security employee of a college in Cambridge reported signs posted on the school’s property.
11/02/2018 14:11 INCIDENT 18007799 *CROSSWALK VIOLATION C89 S11**	MOUNT AUBURN STREET Officers responded to the intersection of Mount Auburn Street and University Road for a report of a pedestrian struck in a crosswalk. The driver of the vehicle, who stated that he hadn’t seen the pedestrian until he struck her, was issued a citation for Failure to Yield for a Pedestrian in the Crosswalk. The pedestrian was transported to the hospital via ambulance for non-life-threatening injuries.
11/02/2018 14:31 INCIDENT 18007798 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	CALLENDER STREET A resident of Jamaica Plain reported that her jacket and wallet were stolen from a Callender Street address on October 27. The reporting party’s house keys and credit and debit cards were in the wallet that was stolen. An unknown suspect attempted to use the stolen credit card at a business in Boston the next day, but the transaction was declined. The reporting party has since cancelled all of her credit and debit cards.

11/02/2018 17:08 INCIDENT 18007802 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	MEMORIAL DRIVE A resident of Belmont reported paying for vehicle repairs that were never completed and being unable to obtain a refund.
11/02/2018 18:44 INCIDENT 18007807 LARCENY UNDER $1200 c266 S30(1)	PEARL STREET Officers responded to a Pearl Street residence for a report of a larceny of a bicycle. A gray Wildwood Diamondback bicycle was taken from the basement of the reporting party’s apartment building between approximately 6:45 p.m. on November 1 and the same time on November 2.
11/02/2018 18:52 INCIDENT 18007806 LARCENY OVER $250 BY FALSE PRETENSE c266 S34	CAMBRIDGESIDE PLACE Officers responded to Cambridgeside Place for a report of an IRS scam involving gift cards. The victim is being reimbursed for her losses by her bank.
