Cambridge Police responded to a Francis Street address to document a larceny report. The resident stated between 10/29/2018 at 12 p.m. and 11/02/2018 at 10 a.m. an unknown suspect stole her license plate off of her motor vehicle while it was parked unoccupied in front of a Harvard Street address.

Officers responded to the intersection of Hurley Street and Third Street for a report of a motor vehicle crash with a bicyclist. Upon arrival, it was determined that the bicyclist was ejected. Cambridge Fire checked on that individual, who refused medical attention. A report was taken and a follow-up crash report was completed.

Christopher Hagins, 39, 820 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was arrested and charged for having a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for a Miscellaneous Municipal Ordinance Violation. Officers were briefed prior to seeing Hagins, that he had a warrant, and coincidentally encountered him in Central Square.
