WARRANT ARREST REPORT

GREEN ST
Lionel Brathwaite Jr., 52, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was arrested on Green Street at the corner of Magazine Street on warrants out of Boston District Court and Cambridge District Court. An Officer observed Brathwaite at this location and knew that Brathwaite recently had warrants. After confirming the warrants were still active, Brathwaite was taken into custody and transported to the station for processing.

ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15B

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police were dispatched outside of a local establishment on Massachusetts Avenue for the report of an active disturbance (fight). An officer quickly arrived on scene and witnessed a security guard from an establishment in the area attempting to handcuff a person on the sidewalk. It was quickly discovered that the person being handcuffed threw a hot cup of coffee in the face of the victim who informed on goers to call police as he attempted to handcuff her. There was coffee all over the victim’s face and clothes, and he wanted to pursue charges against the Cambridge resident, who was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
