MEMORIAL DRIVE

Eriks Soto, 35, 33 Allston Street in Somerville, was placed under arrest for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle after being observed towing a trailer without a license plate or lights. Soto’s employer, the owner of the trailer, was issued a citation for allowing an unregistered vehicle on a public way and an equipment violation.

Officers responded to a Madison Avenue residence for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle that occurred between approximately 6:00 p.m. on October 3 and 10:30 a.m. on October 4. Prescription medications, cologne, cash, and a pair of sunglasses were stolen from the vehicle. The reporting party is unsure if the vehicle doors were locked at the time of the theft.

Officers responded to George Street for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle. Between approximately 10:00 p.m. on December 3 and 8:00 a.m. on December 4, an unknown suspect(s) entered the reporting party’s vehicle and stole a lug nut key for the vehicle’s lug nuts. The vehicle has new rims and the suspect may have planned to steal the rims, but no attempt to steal the rims or any other items were made.

Officers responded to a Technology Square business for a report of a male party behaving erratically and refusing to leave the property. The individual in question eventually agreed to exit the building and began harassing employees who were leaving. He then began undressing on the sidewalk. Jeffrey Deraville, 34, 73 Walnut Street in Hanover, was placed under arrest for Trespass and Resisting Arrest.

Officers responded to a Highland Avenue residence for a report of a breaking and entering. The reporting parties stated that they heard noises coming from the downstairs level of their home and observed an unknown male suspect in the dining room. The suspect is described as a white male, approximately 5’6”, wearing blue jeans, an old gray jacket, and sneakers or boots. The suspect fled when confronted by the homeowner. Nothing has been reported missing from the residence at this time. The suspect entered the home by breaking the screen and lock on a dining room window.

Officers responded to a Reed Street residence for a report of a breaking and entering to a motor vehicle that occurred between approximately 7:30 p.m. on December 3 and 8:10 a.m. on December 4. Three passports and $20 in rolled quarters were stolen from the vehicle. The reporting party believes the vehicle had been locked, but there were no signs of forced entry.

A resident of Cedar Street reported that an unknown suspect stole a bag of hockey equipment and a Garmin GPS out of his vehicle overnight. A neighbor’s security camera captured a male suspect checking all of the vehicle doors in the driveway before taking the GPS and hockey bag from the reporting party’s vehicle at 2:28 a.m.
