Officers responded to Harvard Square for a report of a group making threats
inside a Massachusetts Avenue establishment. Upon being located by officers,
one suspect fled abruptly across four lanes of heavy traffic on Massachusetts
Avenue, leading officers on a foot pursuit and causing traffic to come to a
complete halt. Warren Martinez, 24, 1 Church Street in Cambridge, was placed
under arrest for Disorderly Conduct.

21, homeless, was placed under arrest for Disorderly Conduct.

A resident of Woburn reported her wallet stolen from a Central Square establishment
between 5:30 and 7:30 p.m. on December 14. The wallet contained a driver’s
license, debit and credit cards, $85 in cash, and $100 in gift cards. The
reporting party has received a notification of an attempted use of her debit
card.

A resident of Cambridge reported that his vehicle was damaged in a hit and
run outside his Harvey Street home between approximately 10:00 p.m. on
December 14 and 12:50 p.m. on December 15. The driver’s side of the vehicle
sustained heavy damage. Two notes were left on the vehicle, one from a
possible suspect with minimal information and one from a witness to the
crash.

A resident of Connecticut reported that her vehicle was struck in traffic by
a box truck which ran a red light as it fled. The crash occurred at approximately
11:38 p.m. on December 14. The reporting party was working for a rideshare
service at the time and had several rideshare passengers in the vehicle who
witnessed the crash. No injuries were reported.

Officers at the Central Square Substation were notified of a disturbance at a
nearby store. Following a search, Donald Gallo, 39, 240 Albany Street in
Cambridge, was located and placed under arrest for Shoplifting by Asportation
and Assault and Battery on a Public Employee.
