A resident of Boston was summonsed for Assault and Battery after an altercation with a female in front of Mass Ave. An Officer in the area heard a disturbance and upon investigating, the suspect was observed arguing with the female victim. The victim stated that the suspect punched her in the face and she did have a visible bruise under her right eye that appeared to be fresh due to the red marks on her face.

Randolph Brisbon, 50, 50 Quincy Street in Cambridge, was observed in the wooded area behind the Alewife Train Station. Officers were advised that there were two warrants (Possession to Distribute Class B Drug and Possession to Distribute Class C Drug) out of Cambridge District Court for his arrest. He was then taken into custody.

Cambridge Police responded to a local mall for a report of a shoplifter and an assault and battery in progress. Upon investigation, it was determined that the suspect had left behind a Massachusetts DTA identification card bearing the name and photograph of the suspect. The Chelsea resident will be charged with shoplifting and assault and battery after pushing loss prevention officers in an attempt to escape after they observed him concealing multiple items valued at $323.13 and passing the point of purchase without paying.
