Mr. Calvin Carrasquillo, 24, 1 Church Street, Cambridge MA, was arrested on various warrant charges at a business in Harvard Square after management requested that he be trespassed. He was taken into custody and transported to the station without incident.

Cambridge Police arrested Burrell Horton, 54, Homeless, for trespassing, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest. Mr. Horton was repeatedly asked to leave the Porter Square property by a security officer. Mr. Horton refused to provide his information to Cambridge Police Officers and began screaming at officers causing alarm to more than a dozen citizens. Mr. Horton was informed that he was under arrest and began wrestling with officers as they attempted to handcuff him. After a short struggle, Cambridge Police Officers were eventually able to subdue Mr. Horton and place him into custody.

Cambridge Police responded to a residence on Broadway for a larceny in progress. Numerous witnesses observed a male suspect rummaging through multiple packages that were located inside a foyer of an apartment building. Officers located the suspect in front of the residence and observed multiple stolen items on the ground next to him. The suspect eventually admitted to officers that he stole the items from the building.

Cambridge Police responded to a Massachusetts Avenue business for a report of a shoplifting. Officers were told by the stores loss prevention that a female had concealed merchandise from the store in a personal bag. Diane Hollins, 53, 190 Bowdoin Street, Boston MA, was placed under arrest for shoplifting by concealment, receiving stolen property, and unlawful possession of theft detection device. A search incident to arrest revealed numerous items from multiple department stores with the price tags on them. There was also wire cutters found to be in her possession.
