Paul Miller-Bowen, 57, 100 Huntington Avenue in Boston was arrested on Mass Ave for trespassing after notice. An employee called the police and upon arrival, the officer observed him sitting in the corner sifting through his belongings.

A criminal complaint was issued for Threat of Dangerous Items or Hijack. The threats were made to a shelter on Church Street on 1/14/19. The suspect communicated to staff that he could and would shoot up the shelter by means of a firearm. The entire staff, including the Deputy Director, expressed great anxiety and personal discomfort and issued a no trespass order to the shelter.
