A Cambridge resident reported that while napping inside his parked motor vehicle on Eighth Street he was awakened by a loud 'thump' and then observed several teenagers running away from his car. Upon inspecting the exterior of his vehicle he discovered some body damage as a result of vehicle being kicked.

Drew Cappelo, 53, homeless, was arrested for disorderly conduct, assault and battery, and defacing property. Cappelo was arrested after he assaulted an individual, damaged property, and was observed by police officers displaying tumultuous behavior, which caused patrons and employees to flee the business.
