Cambridge Police responded to a residential address to document an attempted bank scam report. Upon arrival, the reporting person stated between 02/25/2019 and 03/05/2019 an unknown suspect attempted to extract a bank loan from the reporting person's account.

A Cambridge resident was issued a summons for drinking alcohol in public in violation of Cambridge City Ordinance. The suspect was observed standing on the public sidewalk on Massachusetts Avenue by Officers. He was then observed taking a bottle out of his coat pocket and chugging the contents.

He left his firearm unsecured in the driver side door compartment area vehicle and went inside a store for approximately fifteen minutes. When he returned the firearm along with an eight round magazine which was in the glove compartment were stolen.

Cambridge police was dispatched to Bishop Allen and Norfolk street for a motor vehicle crash on Douglas street near Mass. avenue and one of operators was trying to walk away. Upon investigation several witnesses observed Alex Reis, 36, 394 Ocean Avenue, Revere, driving a black Chevrolet Impala Michigan hit two vehicles and drive the wrong way up Douglass Street and crash head on into another vehicle. After investigation, Reis was placed under arrest for operating under the influence of drugs, negligent operation of a motor vehicle, and operating a motor vehicle improperly: wrong way.
