Jeffrey Washington, 38, of 870 Jennings Street, Manhattan, New York was placed under arrest for Uttering, Identity Fraud, Forgery and Attempted Larceny. Washington walked into a bank on Massachusetts Avenue and presented a false identification to the bank teller and attempted to withdraw a significant amount of funds from a bank account that was not his. When Cambridge Police arrived, Washington attempted to flee but was shortly stopped, and placed under arrest
