A witness called police whom stated she saw the suspect in the hallway of her business urinating on the floor. When police arrived on scene the suspect was standing outside the building, and a witness directed Police to him.

Mario Resendes, 46, of 371 Windsor Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for assault with a dangerous weapon. Resendes was arrested after he broke a glass beer bottle and threatened to kill the victim with it. Multiple people reported to officers that they witnessed the event.

PROSPECT ST
A Cambridge resident was issued a citation for making an improper left turn and operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. An officer observed the defendant make a left turn onto Prospect Street in violation of a posted no left turn sign. A motor vehicle stop was conducted as a result of the left turn violation which subsequently revealed the motor vehicle registration was suspended. The defendant was advised that a criminal application would be filed for operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration and his vehicle was towed to a private parking spot on Lee Street.

FRANKLIN ST
Cambridge Police while patrolling the Central Square area observed Keith Hill, 35, of 240 Albany Street, on Franklin Street Hill. He was recently in the Cambridge Police Bulletin for having 2 active warrants. Hill was stopped and the warrants were confirmed by Emergency Communications, and the suspect was placed under arrest for 2 warrants out of Somerville District Court. A search incident to arrest revealed two cards both relating to a report made a few days prior in which these cards were originally stolen. Along with the warrants, Hill will be charged with 2 counts of receiving stolen property.
