Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Hulbert Desanges, 34, Pine Street Inn, and charged him with Distribution of a Class B Substance. Also arrested and charged with Possession of a Class B Substance was Thomas Banks, 58, 444 Harrison Street. Detectives on surveillance observed a suspected drug transaction between the two and later found Banks in possession of Class B substances, and Desanges in possession of over $500 of US currency.
