HARVARD SQ
A 33-year-old homeless man was summonsed for Indecent Exposure, Assault and Battery on a Police Officer, Resisting Arrest and Disorderly Conduct while at Harvard Square. He was observed with no clothes on exposing his genitals with his arms flailing above his head and creating a disturbance which caused people to stop and stare. This behavior also forced people to redirect their walking routes from entering and exiting the T Station. When officers attempted to place the man under arrest, he became combative, assaulted an officer and then attempted to flee the area. He was taken into custody shortly thereafter.
