Vanda Machado-Medeiros, 47, of 235 Lynn Fells Parkway, Saugus MA was issued Massachusetts Uniform Citation, arrested and charged with Operation Without a License and Failure to Obey a Traffic Control Device. Medeiros was observed making an illegal turn while operating a motor vehicle. Upon placing a stop on Vanda, it was discovered that she was operating the motor vehicle without a valid driver's license.

BRATTLE ST
Ryan Hurley, 36, of 104 Endicott Street, was placed under arrest for two warrants. Hurley was arrested after he was involved in an altercation with another male and officers were advised of his warrants by dispatchers.
