During an investigation into a shoplifting incident at a pharmacy, it was determined that Christopher Loucks, 34, homeless, had in his possession four glassine baggies of a white powdery substance believed to be heroin. Loucks also had in his possession two double edged daggers. He was then placed under arrest for Possession of Class A and Carrying a Dangerous Weapon.

SIDNEY
Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested William Quill, 41, homeless, and charged him with Possession of a Class B Substance - Crystal Methamphetamine. Quill was observed engaging in a suspected drug transaction where it was believed he purchased drugs from an unknown male and female. Once he was stopped and searched by detectives, he was found to be in possession of two baggies, each containing a white, crystal-like substance believed to be crystal methamphetamine. The suspected drug transaction occurred near Franklin Street and Quill was stopped and placed under arrest on Sidney Street. The substances contained in each baggy were field tested using a TruNarc Analyzer. The substances in each baggy tested positive for methamphetamine.

METHAMPHETAMINE, TRAFFICKING IN c94C S32E

FRANKLIN ST
Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Randolph Brisbon, 50, 8 Phillips Street in Watertown, and charged him with Trafficking in Methamphetamine. Detectives received information of a potential drug transaction that would be occurring in the area of Franklin Street where Brisbon would be in possession of a large amount of crystal methamphetamine for sale. Brisbon was observed in the area at the time. Upon being stopped and searched, he was found to be in possession of $1359.00 U.S. currency, a digital scale and 4 baggies of suspected crystal methamphetamine with a total weight of 25.1 grams. The substance in each baggy was field tested using a TruNarc analyzer and each revealed a positive result for methamphetamine.
