Cambridge Police arrested Dolson Andre, 20, 110 Harvard Street, for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Attempting to Commit a Crime.

CHURCH ST
Randolph Brisbon, 50, of 8 Phillips Street in Watertown, was arrested for disorderly conduct and possession of a Class B controlled substance. Cambridge Police observed Brisbon with a Class B substance at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Church Street. Brisbon became disorderly while police attempted to speak with him and identify him for a warrant check. Brisbon got extremely loud and was yelling, swearing, flailing his arms, and drawing attention from passers-by, some of whom stopped to see what was going on and some whom clearly seemed alarmed by Brisbon's behavior.

Police were dispatched for a report of motor vehicles parked illegally. After registration checks were conducted, the results showed that the vehicle in question had its insurance revoked. The vehicle was towed as a result. The owner of the vehicle was issued a citation. In addition, a criminal complaint for Uninsured Motor Vehicle and Registration Revoked was completed. The citation was mailed to the registered owner.
