Roberto Romero-Rivera, 47, homeless, was placed under arrest for assault with a dangerous weapon after a victim identified him as the person who threw a large glass bottle at her, then assaulted her with a large metal pipe in his hand. Broken glass was observed on scene, and the metal pipe identified by the victim was located directly across the street.
