Michael Hogan, 45, 240 Albany St. Cambridge, MA was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Lowell District Court for driving offences.

MURRAY HILL RD
At approximately 11:27 PM, Cambridge Police arrested Theodore Brown, 32, of New Hampshire (Homeless), for one count of Fugitive from Justice on Court Warrant. Brown was placed under arrest after ECC notified Cambridge Police that Brown was an escaped prisoner from the New Hampshire Department of Corrections and was in a car on in the area of Matignon Road.
