BROOKLINE ST
A Milton resident was summonsed to court for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked registration on a public way. He was summonsed after an officer observed his motor vehicle blocking a bike lane on a public way. When the vehicle registration was ran, it came back revoked.

RINDGE AVE
At approximately 7:10 a.m., Cambridge Police responded to a parking lot on Rindge Avenue for a disturbance. On arrival, the involved parties were on scene and identified. One male had been assaulted and he was treated at the scene by Pro Ambulance then transported to the hospital.

A Cambridge resident reported that on 9/23/2019 between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m., a 2014 Honda Civic was parked on Harvey Street. The resident stated the Honda was struck by an unknown motor vehicle causing damage to the left rear bumper. The suspect motor vehicle fled the scene without making them self-known.

A Cambridge resident came to the police station to report a case of identity theft. He received a call on his cell phone on 9/20/2010 between 8:00 a.m. and 9:00 a.m., from someone claiming to be the IRS. He gave them personal info and they hung up.

At approximately 11:00PM, Ever Alexander Gutierrez-Florez, 35, 93 Chester Avenue in Chelsea, was arrested in front on Cambridge Street for Larceny under $1200 and Resisting Arrest, after Detectives observed Gutierrez-Florez break a bike lock and gain possession of a Fuji mountain bicycle.
