LARCENY FROM BUILDING C266 S20

CAMBRIDGEPARK DR
At approximately 7 a.m., Cambridge Police arrested Alexios Tambasidis, 28. 444 Harrison Avenue in Boston, and Christopher Rank, 32, 112 Southampton Street in Boston, for Larceny From a Building and Larceny Over $1,200, after they were identified stealing bicycles from a private residential bicycle storage facility. At approximately 6 a.m., Cambridge Police Officers responded to Cambridgepark Drive for a suspicious person(s) call. En route to that location, Cambridge Emergency Communications alerted responding units that the reporting party witnessed two male suspects in the residential-only bicycle storage facility, located inside on Cambridgepark Drive. The reporting party had been briefed by management staff to be on alert for recent bicycle thefts from the aforementioned bicycle storage facility. Upon arrival, Officers were greeted by the reporting party, who pointed out the location of the suspects. The first suspect was observed running down a driveway on Cambridgepark Drive. The second suspect was observed riding a dark colored bicycle down Cambridgepark Drive towards Alewife Brook Parkway. Shortly thereafter, the second suspect, ditched the bicycle behind a car and fled through s parking lot behind a Cambridgepark Drive building. After the bike was recovered, Officers observed the second suspect cutting through the park on the opposite side of Cambridgepark Drive. Officers stopped the second suspect outside of Cambridgepark Drive, where it appeared he ditched his dark colored jacket. He was identified as Christopher Rank. Discovered a short distance from where Officers stopped Rank, a dark green long sleeve jacket was discovered. As Officers were returning to the reporting party, they witnessed the first suspect riding a bicycle on Cambridgepark Drive, headed in the direction of Alewife Brook Parkway. Officers stopped that party outside on Cambridgepark Drive, where he was identified as Alexios Tambasidis. After both parties were stopped, multiple residents of Cambridgepark Drive approached Officers and reported their bikes either missing or tampered. Officers were able to locate the owner of the stolen bicycle, which was recovered by the second suspect. A short time later, a show-up was conducted with the reporting party, resulting in two positive ID's. Subsequently, Tambasidis and Rank were placed under arrest for Larceny From a Building and Larceny Over $1,200.

Cheryl Tucker, 50, 479 Concord Avenue in Cambridge was arrested for Assault With a Dangerous Weapon and two counts of Assault and Battery. Tucker was arrested after Officers were called for a disturbance in the Cambridge Common. Upon arrival to the Cambridge Common Tucker was observed by Officers with a cane in her hands actively swinging the cane at a male victim who was wearing a boot cast. Tucker did not make contact with the victim using the cane, but through further investigation it was later learned that Tucker spit on the victim and poked the victim's face under his right eye using her finger.

Cambridge Police Officers initiated a traffic stop at the intersection of Prospect Street and Bishop Allen Drive, a public way in the city of Cambridge. As a result of the stop a Cambridge resident was issued a Criminal Application for Operating a Vehicle after Registration Revoked.

COCAINE, TRAFFICKING IN C94C S32E

MAX AVE
At approximately 6:08 p.m., members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Jose Fuentes, 34, 20 Otis Street in Somerville, and Jean-Marc Exilhome, 35, 165 Garfield Avenue in Hyde Park, as a result of a drug investigation. Detectives observed Fuentes, Exilhome and a woman engage in behavior consistent with a street level drug transaction. A stop on the woman resulted in the recovery of a clear plastic bag containing an off-white rock substance consistent with crack cocaine. A stop on the motor vehicle operated by Fuentes and occupied by Exilhome led to the recovery of additional bags of a white substance consistent with cocaine (weighing approximately 34 grams), packaging material, scales, and U.S. Currency. On scene, Exilhome would not comply with exiting the motor vehicle and further resisted attempts at being handcuffed. An inquiry conducted on Fuentes revealed a suspended driver's license. Fuentes was charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, Distribution of a Class B Substance, Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws, and Operating with a Suspended License. Exilhome was charged with Trafficking in Cocaine, Distribution of a Class B Substance Subsequent Offense, Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws, and Resisting Arrest. The woman, a Cambridge resident, was summonsed for Possession of a Class B Substance (Crack Cocaine) and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.

Cambridge Police observed a fight between two males in a parking lot located on Massachusetts Avenue. Further investigation revealed one of the males identified as Raymond Batista, 52, 1732 Main Street in Concord, also struck the store clerk. Batista was arrested for two counts of Assault and Battery.

At approximately 11:55 p.m., Cambridge Police conducted a motor vehicle stop in the area of Brattle Square after an inquiry showed the motor vehicle was revoked for insurance. Upon further investigation, a Malden resident was summonsed to Cambridge District Court for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and operating a motor vehicle with revoked insurance.
